Agree with all other things except one where he says that get up and ready for affirmation,,,, logically we need to do this just when we wake up because at that time our subconscious mind alert and absorbed the message we give,,,,,so it must be just after we wake up If go and get ready till that time sub concious mind will not work so no meaning of doing affirmation And sir prime minister doesn't see us every time that's y we met him after all the process to be ready but god is who watches us at every moment of our life so its doesn't make sense u r ready or not physically the only thing matters is , are we ready by our thoughts our karma our words these things should be healthy n pure 🙏
