    100%, QLD is the worst too. No price guide allowed, I understand the reasons behind it, but Auctions are often used in the worst possible way up here - agent tells the owner too much, then conditions them down over 3 weeks. I hate seeing people get their hopes up based on an agent's lies.

    hit all of these in the line to sell my own property in vic and buy another in SA. Will never trust realtors again!

      Great advice! The part that sucks is you wont know until you turn up who else is bidding... Ugh.

      @@MortgageBrokerAustralia yeah thats the rough part, you never know even for a not that desirable area who shows up and makes a record bid for the road lol
      need more regulation in some ways though, paying so much for building inspections and solicitors is not fair in NSW i believe you never get your deposit back if your inspection fails so i think many people dont even do it
