What a fantastic video! Thank you Alex, your explanations and recommendations were so well put. Easy to understand and follow. I had not heard of DTF and was hesitant to try sublimation and ruin blanks. This sounds like the perfect solution.
Thank you so much for this video. It def has made everything about DTF transfers so much clearer to me! I am so excited to start making DTF transfer items. Your video had so much great information. Thank you to pro world for the chance to win an awesome heat press!! 😊
Great job Alex. I’ll have to admit I was skeptical at first; however, you convinced me that it’s fun to try. Pro World seems to have made the process user friendly. Thanks Pro World:)
Yes that was my issue with dtf and she answered my question when she mentioned the feel, I’m not against it. I just agree that sublimation is the way to Go, I don’t want my products to crack or peel and after so many washings they tend to do that,, but with sublimation it’s there to stay. I was sooooo confused on the dtf bc I’ve seen so many use some powder and she didn’t use any🤷🏼♀️
How things have changed! It's been several years since I cut, weeded, and pressed vinyl onto shirts, hats, and totes. DTF opens a new world. I've bought many Plastisol transfers from Pro Word and they were a great company to deal with. Thanks, Alex, for your comprehensive and easy-to-understand description of the process!
That’s a good question! The answer is I’m not sure, you’d have to ask them. My guess would be that they will not print those images for you, but that’s just my guess.
@DIYAlex I wanted to learn how to do something. I got halfway through and you didn't start the how to, just talking about several other things. Consider this feedback - succinct communication would have made this vid much more valuable as a learning tool.
I would love to win the heat press. Thanks so much for the information. ONCE you said it had a screen print feel I lost interest, I’m wanting my business to be straight sublimation bc of it going directly into the fabric. The screen print and vinyl materials seem to crack or peel and I don’t like that
Very interesting video, thank you. I wonder though if for a singer who wants to sell tee shirts to her fans, it's not too much. Maybe for me it's better to use a company that propose the tee shirt printed already. Some are even doing this on demand I think.I don't know...
I’m so glad you made this video! I have been looking into DTF but was nervous about how to get started. Now I can not wait to place my first order! Thank you Alex
Thanks for the thorough explanation. I was trying to get the information on whether my heat press (HTVRont) would work or not. A bit worried about it since the pressure can't be adjusted.
Thank you very much! Very informative! I had no idea what DTF was and this definitely made me want to try. I also never heard of ProWorld before. Will definitely check them out.
@DIY Alex Thank you, thank you, thank you sooooooo much. I'm soooo excited to try out the heat press. I have already bought some designs & can't wait to try making some myself. I feel like Christmas came really early. 😁🥰🤗
Awesome video Alex, thank you for teaching me all about this, I've been so curious and don't feel like I've gotten much info. This is packed with good info.! THANK YOU! I need to try this soon!!!!
I am so excited to try DTF transfers. My craft world is going to be expanding and I can't wait. No more expensive inks to purchase. It's just a NO brainer. It's going to be order and press to have FUN...Let's go ProWorld :) Ready or not here I come. :)
This is very cool! Don't know if I just spaced out, but what about DTF film and powder that you just use in your regular inkjet or sublimation printer? I think I would definitely just order from ProWorld though...much easier
So when I talked about the “inkjet printer hack”, that’s the process I was talking about! It makes some cool projects, but since you have to use a white shirt and a lot of the color will wash put anyway, I think sublimation makes more sense. I agree, letting the pros handle it is way better long term!
I am excited to try DTF! The colors are so vibrant. I would definitely do this. I have a grandchild arriving next month, I plan on doing bibs and onesies.
Great video... thank you for all the good info... I just found myself wondering for a better alternative when it comes to doing color designs and not wanting to use different layers of vinyl... deff this is a game changer... would give it a try❤❤❤
What a fantastic video! Thank you Alex, your explanations and recommendations were so well put. Easy to understand and follow. I had not heard of DTF and was hesitant to try sublimation and ruin blanks. This sounds like the perfect solution.
I think it’s great to know that it’s out there! I hope you enjoy it!
Thank you for clearing up my questions. I think I will give this a try!
Thank you so much for this video. It def has made everything about DTF transfers so much clearer to me! I am so excited to start making DTF transfer items. Your video had so much great information. Thank you to pro world for the chance to win an awesome heat press!! 😊
I’m so glad you enjoyed it!
I love having the option to design and purchase DTF with little cost. Thank you
Great video Alex! I’m posting my DTF video this upcoming Monday 😊
Thanks Amy!! I look forward to seeing your video too!
Very informative video, thanks so much!
Great job Alex. I’ll have to admit I was skeptical at first; however, you convinced me that it’s fun to try. Pro World seems to have made the process user friendly. Thanks Pro World:)

@@DIYAlex You did a great presentation on DTF
very intrigued by dtf
Great video! I’ve used a DTF from another company and this one looks a little easier to use. I may give them a try!
I’m so glad you think so!
Thanks for the video, I keep seeing DTF & wondering the difference between that and sublimation.
Yes that was my issue with dtf and she answered my question when she mentioned the feel, I’m not against it. I just agree that sublimation is the way to Go, I don’t want my products to crack or peel and after so many washings they tend to do that,, but with sublimation it’s there to stay. I was sooooo confused on the dtf bc I’ve seen so many use some powder and she didn’t use any🤷🏼♀️
That sounds like a video I need to make in the future!
I was really impressed with the video, and like enter the contest for a free heat press. I would also like to know more about DTF.
This is my first intro to DTF and pro world
Very interested in giving this a try~but don't have a professional heat press.
Best of luck in the giveaway! ☺️
How does this differ from vinyl? That's what this reminded me of without the need to weed. Thanks for sharing.
It’s full color, so you don’t need to cut a separate layer for each color. It’s also different in the material’s composition.
Thank you.
great video
Hello, great vídeo.
What can you use the transfers on, beside shirts?
Most fabrics should do great with DTF!
When making shirts for myself I have to use Siser easyweed stretch htv to fit my chest, will DTF stretch without distorting the image?
No, DTF will not stretch as much as Stretch HTV will.
Can you use tape to tape the design down so it doesn’t move
Yes you can use heat tape
I can’t wait to order a gang sheet of DTF
What’s a good size to make my designs for the front or back of a shirt?
It depends on the shirt size. I usually use between 8-11 inches.
I want to do DTF but I need a high quality press and not the cricut easy press. 😢 Wish I would of known before buying it 😅
Yes that’s definitely important! Watch for sales and see if you can snag a press in your price range☺️
Yes they really have changed!! It’s so good to have these new options available for all the doors they open up!
Can I order disney logos or something with copy rights for my kids shirts from Pro World?
That’s a good question! The answer is I’m not sure, you’d have to ask them. My guess would be that they will not print those images for you, but that’s just my guess.
Need a new press!
So much talking.
Why did you watch the video if you didn’t want to hear me talk? 🤣 that’s ridiculous!
@DIYAlex I wanted to learn how to do something. I got halfway through and you didn't start the how to, just talking about several other things. Consider this feedback - succinct communication would have made this vid much more valuable as a learning tool.
Alex you look great!!!! Thanks for doing this video it’s good to know about this gang sheet. I love DTF.
I would love to win the heat press. Thanks so much for the information. ONCE you said it had a screen print feel I lost interest, I’m wanting my business to be straight sublimation bc of it going directly into the fabric. The screen print and vinyl materials seem to crack or peel and I don’t like that
What's the difference between DTF and Sublimation?
Great idea. I'm always looking for ways to print onto darker and cotton materials. I hope I win the giveaway.
Thank you for taking the time to do research on this. Ita very informative. Yes I would like to enter the raffle.
Very interesting video, thank you. I wonder though if for a singer who wants to sell tee shirts to her fans, it's not too much. Maybe for me it's better to use a company that propose the tee shirt printed already. Some are even doing this on demand I think.I don't know...
Only you can determine how much time you can dedicate to creating merch ☺️
I’m so glad you made this video! I have been looking into DTF but was nervous about how to get started. Now I can not wait to place my first order! Thank you Alex

Great information. I'll have to give it a try.
Thanks for the vid!
Thank you for your information.
Very informative video
Wow looks really cool excited to try it out.
Going to try these!
Thanks for the thorough explanation. I was trying to get the information on whether my heat press (HTVRont) would work or not. A bit worried about it since the pressure can't be adjusted.
I would say if it’s capable of applying easy weed stretch (which also requires heavy pressure), then it’s probably fine for DTF!
Wow! Thank you for all the information. Very helpful!
I learned a lot about dtf. Now a question…. What is the name of your color purple you have your craft room. I love that color.
Thank you! The paint color is Awesome Violet from Sherwin Williams
Great video & awesome giveaway!
I can't wait to hear what you think of it!
Could you share the model of the heatpress you're using please
It’s linked in the description!
wow amazing. ive been wanting to get into DTF but am nervous as im a new cricuter
I hope this helped!

It’s so fun!
Thank you for this info. I've been seeing DTF all over the place but had no idea what it was about.
I figured some of you would be wondering that! I was too until I took the time to watch/read about it!
Thank you very much! Very informative! I had no idea what DTF was and this definitely made me want to try. I also never heard of ProWorld before. Will definitely check them out.
I would love to try the DTF and thank you for going through the different ways. I like that I can have the designs printed and just use those.
Also can you use these on any color shirts?
Yes!
Can you use the Cricut Easy press?
I don’t recommend it because these need heavy pressure.
Thank you Alex and Pro World! This is awesome to know. Getting ready to start my business.
This is so cool!! I can't wait to try DTF transfers. I will be ordering some from Pro World!!
I'm excited about these transfers! 😃 Thanks for sharing! 🥰

I am so excited to try DTF transfers. My craft world is going to be expanding and I can't wait. No more expensive inks to purchase. It's just a NO brainer. It's going to be order and press to have FUN...Let's go ProWorld :) Ready or not here I come. :)
I think so too! It’s way simpler, and no printer required! I can’t wait to hear how you like them!
This is very cool! Don't know if I just spaced out, but what about DTF film and powder that you just use in your regular inkjet or sublimation printer? I think I would definitely just order from ProWorld though...much easier

You could order a full gang sheet with his name, initials, and cute little phrases! That would make your projects so fast! 😍
Great video... thank you for all the good info... I just found myself wondering for a better alternative when it comes to doing color designs and not wanting to use different layers of vinyl... deff this is a game changer... would give it a try❤❤❤
