I would call around and ask. If not, it’s very easy to do yourself. You can buy them prearranged in a vase and wrap them in money yourself. No, you don’t have to cut them. I did just because I wanted the arrangement to look a certain way. If you’re happy with the way they’re arranged when you buy them, you can keep them as is and just wrap them with money.

No it doesn’t. I used Scotch tape so it’s not very strong. I tested it on a dollar first and it peeled right off.
