Can you make a video on turning a pencil skirt into a body con dress? I brought a pencil skirt and it's to big/loose but it's the perfect length for a mod body con dress. When I try it on as a dress the top need a bigger band and the mid-section is to big. I need help plz.

Tiffany Challenor try hand sewing or fabric glue and the elastics should be inexpensive from a local sewing or diy shop.
