Unfortunately, they never knew when enough was enough. Jon sang his heart out with New Jersey and Blaze of Glory - the performance on the albums is incredible (unfortunately that doesn't come out in the documentary!!!). Accordingly, it hurts me a lot when I HEAR these pensioner performances these days. It would have been so enough!

It's an old documentary for this life long fan, but still fun to watch. The part I enjoyed most was at 19:31... the discovery of John's "tramp stamp tattoo" when the band was bowing to the audience!!!

Been a fan since Runaway, grabbed everything they put out wore it out, got it again.. but " the day, the music... died" was when Jon and Richie parted ways.. PhilX can play awesome, but it was Jon and Richie writing, living and playing that made it so compelling to me. saw them 2 times, would have loved to seen them more, but not without Richie now.

It would have been way richer had they synchronized text and images in the doc. Also, it’s not easy to defend this doc regarding the way it approaches Sambora’s departure. One might say it’s shallow and inconsequential. Sambora has left the band in 2013 but this doc shows him speaking as part of the band in 2017. What a joke. As a whole is a reasonable college report, though. Thank you for publishing this video, anyhow.
