I'm sure she did, and then met with them, one-on-one and made her decision. Walz wasn't well known outside of his state before she picked him, but I had seen a few of his interviews and was hoping that's who she would select. He seems to be exactly who she needs on the ticket. There were no bad candidates on her VP short list, but I was impressed with Walz's background, his articulate and sincere communication skills, and the enthusiasm and positivity he radiated. Out of several excellent candidates, he stood out to me as the right pick. There's no comparison between the neverending whining, negativity, and gloom and doom projected by Trump/Vance compared to the smiles, laughter, and positivity projected by Harris/Walz.
Walz is a common sense midwesterner who knows who he is and what he wants to do. He doesn't "identify" with regular, down home people - he is one. No wonder Trump and Vance are shaken - voters know Walz is real and they can draw their own conclusions about his ability to serve.

Yep, us in Minnesota knew how good he was before anyone in the media recognized it. ❤ I kinda knew that Walz would be picked, two weeks before, when only our local newspaper was reporting that Tim was being considered. Tim Walz is even better in a press conference. I’m sad he won’t be my governor anymore but thankful he will be our VP.

I am sure that Kamala studied the speechmaking skills of all the possible running mates.
I'm sure she did, and then met with them, one-on-one and made her decision. Walz wasn't well known outside of his state before she picked him, but I had seen a few of his interviews and was hoping that's who she would select. He seems to be exactly who she needs on the ticket. There were no bad candidates on her VP short list, but I was impressed with Walz's background, his articulate and sincere communication skills, and the enthusiasm and positivity he radiated. Out of several excellent candidates, he stood out to me as the right pick. There's no comparison between the neverending whining, negativity, and gloom and doom projected by Trump/Vance compared to the smiles, laughter, and positivity projected by Harris/Walz.
Walz is a common sense midwesterner who knows who he is and what he wants to do. He doesn't "identify" with regular, down home people - he is one. No wonder Trump and Vance are shaken - voters know Walz is real and they can draw their own conclusions about his ability to serve.
