Okay for your icing problem, what will fix that is by nuking your icing in the microwave briefly and then beating it again. Those clumps were just the cream cheese which can be a pain but if you melt it down first to where it's softer you shouldn't have a problem. Hope this helps, love your videos and I hope you have a magical holiday season ❤🎄

Even when I was single and lived alone I bought in bulk from Costco and loaded up my freezer with meat and stuff. I got a chest freezer and stored it in the storage closet on my apartment patio lol it’s worth it
I’m a single girl and I always buy frozen fruit veg, Greek yogurt, greens and eggs at Costco!! Organic and so much cheaper!! ❤

I love it all! And highly recommend silver tip fir trees (aka red fir). They aren't that messy🎄. Shifters are pretty handy to get rid of lumps in powdered sugar. ❤😊

Always add more powdered sugar and maybe a few drops of vanilla extract if your icing is gloopy. I’ve often had to double the powdered sugar when mine doesn’t work!
I shop at Costco for 1 person every 2 weeks. I eat a lot of salads so vegetables get used up. But if you have the freezer space Costco has great proteins, bulk rice, some Costcos have Fairlife and alani nu drinks, and then other frozen foods and eggs if you eat a lot of eggs plus they last a while ❤
The best thing about Costco is their pizza 🍕. Another really good book is Emily Wilde's Encyclopaedia of Faeries.

I'm not an authority by any means, but I had one of those "Ooh, ooh, I think I know the answer" moments you have while watching Jeopardy lol -- I believe if you sifted the powdered sugar before mixing it, you would've gotten rid of the lumps. Whenever I see anyone do anything with powdered sugar, they sift it.
