Najam, once again, you're parroting a political party's talking points and spreading misinformation. First of all, the parliament is illegitimate. Secondly, there is no precedent in constitutional democracies where amendments are passed in secret and without thorough debate. You're also wrong about how the chief justice is appointed in a democracy. The executive may nominate a candidate, but it’s up to both the lower and upper houses to thoroughly vet and either confirm or reject the choice through debate and due process. Moreover, you're completely disregarding the fundamental rights of people in a democratic society. You seem increasingly detached from reality with each episode, offering flawed and absurd analysis devoid of logic. It’s as if your mind has left your body. While I’m no fan of IK or the past judiciary, I do believe the current judiciary, with the exception of the clown at the top, is rightly defending the will of the people. I would strongly suggest that you go back, along with the delusional, and retake some political science courses. There's no dignity in making a living by spreading false analyses and misinformation about democratic processes. What a shame!
