This was beautiful, the overall theme and video was really well done. Talented vocalist and backup vocals really brought this well written song together.

Great reaction, Tommy, TY. Yes I get abt the same meaning you did but other lines might resonate more with others. And abt the difficulty of love lasting. "Nothing ever stays undivided.." I feel you as well, trying to restart.. but the good ones, they'll see the person inside and love that person.❤ I love his composition and the video concept. The Japanese choir
    part roughly translates to:
Koyoi wa daremoga yumen'naka odore hikari n chū
koyoi wa daremoga yumen'naka koyoi wa daremoga hikari n-chū
Tonight everyone is dreaming, dance in the light (fire)
    Tonight everyone is dreaming
    Tonight everyone is shining (burning)
The numbers at the end at 1st were thought to be a coded message but Woodkid himself says its a countdown, but it messed up and gets jumbled. TY again for reacting to this
    ❤and ✌️

Everything about that was beautiful. I feel like it's a song that can have different meanings for different people depending on what they're going through. That's what's so great about music. It speaks to every soul differently.

That was absolutely beautiful. Loved the lyrics, the voice and the video itself. It held my undivided attention from beginning to end.

Woodkid's music is special. He always moves me. This song is (in that same time) sad and full of hope. Fantastic reaction and, remember, you're not alone. ❤

Both song and video were beautiful. Very cinematic, song and video, and I love cinematic. It gives you this grand and wide emotions. I think I felt similarly with the first song you reacted to.
Very interesting artist. I struggled a bit in understanding what the song is about, but I think you might be quite right. I wonder about the imagery and how it connects to the song.
Anyways, thank you patron for this great request, and thanks Tommy for you sincerity. You do know, you got to keep us updated about the "beautiful woman", don't ya?! 😁

A lot of woodkid's music seems existential. A lot of his recent works seem to refer to the state of the world. The environment; Apocalyptic. His use of children destroying the machines that are killing their future. The machine is us, taking from the earth, leaving nothing but apocalypse in its wake. 'You don't have a place for us', for me, may refer to the fact, that we cannot coexist without us destroying life. Without us marring this world; vandalising it. Or even worse making inhospitable. Even the wolves spurn the machine. And in the end it is hopeless, they turn to flame.

From your reaction and commentary you have to listen to more Woodkid. The texts and themes will resonate big time. A lot about boys growing up and love 🧡

This was very beautiful. Yeah those inner voices that tells us were not good enough or not good looking enough etc etc can be such a freaking downer. If they would just shut it!
