    You can have dosas and cheelas. Also have wholewheat roti instead of white roti. Incorporate pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds in your diet as they help with hormonal issues

    I was having issues to reduce weight but then I started doing yoga and reduce my diet ....❤️
    Follow steps I did to reduce weight and now I have completely transformed myself..
    1) Don't skip your meals
    2) Eat limited
    3)Avoid junk food
    4) Eat at around 1'o clock your lunch and dinner at 7:30 you can have snacks at around 5:00.
    5) Wake up early at 6 and sleep early around 10 .
    6) Drink lukewarm water every morning
    7) Do yoga
    You will reduce your weight within one month and start to feel energetic. All the best you can do this❤️lots of love❤️

    Have blackcoffee with ghee first in the morning then have ur methi...after one hour have 2 whole eggs any u want..or muesli sugar free with any fruits or dry fruits but just a soup bowl meh add chia seed too or mixed veg poh every thing just a soup bowl quantity
    11.00 pm green tea with lemon a apple or papaya one bowl
    1pm multi grain roti add oat bran1tsp to it one bowl n sabji..or 75gms chicken made into Frankie add lots of veggies or 2 besan chilla with 75gms paneer burji or I bowl mix veg moong khichdi brown rice with dahi kadi..
    Have fruits infused cold water like strawberries or watermelon mint u won't have craving have chaas with all ur meal
    Everything have ur Norma tea with Lil sugar n roasted channa handful or bowl makhana..
    Pre workout a banana n blackcoffee u need energy after workout 2 khajoor or oziva protein shake
    N lots of water pls keel 2ltrs bottle n make sure to finish
    7pm have jeera water tsp jeera boil in one class water add Lil ginger n lemon
    Dinner kabuli channa cooked any way you like n veg soup...or..chicken 75gms n salad n soup ...oats date skim milk n half banana shake n 75 gms of paneer with Lil chat masala...u can one til ladoo if u crave sweets or aloo bukara dried one only 3..have triphala powder with warm water for 10days before u sleep..pls take calcium n zinc supplements everyday keep portions of 1 bowl of all gravies dal n fist 👊of all protein don't take alots of dry fruits.. pls consult a gyna n take inositol supplements for pcos it will also help u loose weight n oil do not exceed 1tsp of oil ..n pls don't mix ghee with any seafood it's toxic for ur system

    You can drink 4 liters warm to hot water daily which reduces ur cravings and u will see a drastic change. Moreover, u can eat chickpeas with lots of vegies, chaat masala and lemon.

    Portion control is very important. And make ur plate 🍽️ . veggies+ protein + small quantity carbs ... drink water (minimum 3 liter )... drink more water .....take ur last meal at 7.00 or 8.00 .....atleast half hour walk ....and exercise . Don't take stress ..pray also ... Insha Allah you will do it ....be happy .😊

    You can do it 💪🏼 also, best way to loose weight is walking. Try to incorporate 60-90mins of walk daily without fail - you'll guaranteed see instant results. And walking is best for PCOS/D

    1. Delete all the food apps that you have in your phone
    2. Try intermittent fasting that will help you give Results fast inshallah
    3. Finish your dinner by 7 o clock max
    4. 1 hour walk will help keep your hormones balanced and you can get rid of lot of issues like pcod Thyroid blood pressure etc
    5. Always keep a picture of end result in your mind that will help you stay motivated

    Yes u can do it.. but aap fruits sann mat lo.. srf 1 apple khaao aap. Mixed fruit puts on weight specially banana.. Have early dinner.. and do intermittent fasting... That is early dinner at 7 Max and have soup and breakfast at 9..

    Raagi ke kheer khao mishri se bana kar uss se aap ko sugar craving nhi hoge aur agar aap tea peete ho to usse skip mat karo only two time loo aur bakery item band karo bahut jaldi aur accha weight loss hoga. Carb band mat karo balke kaam lo aur workout se pehle kuch healthy but kaam portion mei khao. All the best. Allah aap ko aasani de.

    Maine jab diet kiya tha after delivery I ate boiled eggs 2 times a day 3 eggs night and ... Morning u can can eat banana with eggs and after noon u can eat phulka only 2....with curry... .. Meanwhile u can eat fruits with moderation... I loose 10kgs in a month

    When you wake up in morning have 2 glasses of warm water with fenugreek seeds soaked in water overnight or soak jeera and have it every morning that will help you for insulin control also will detoxify your body.. good luck

    Moon it's not easy for foodies..but you can do it..i will suggest you...aap roz ki tarah khana khao lekin quantity kam ho..achanak sabkuch band karnese bhi taklif hoti hai .jitna roz ka diet hai uska adhaa kar do .and you will achieve it 👍..workout karte raho..in early morning...if possible.. 🤲🕋

    You can definitely do it...drink lots of water
    Daily atleast 15 minutes do steps up and down they will help you tremendously.
    Also millet are good you can make dosas, idli and pulao with it.

    Moon with PCOD just give up all wheat, dairy and milk and you will see marvelous results. Thousand island is a strict no no too! Make dressing of olive oil, vinegar, salt pepper n use in salads. Good luck and chase small figures to begin with. From 82 come to 75 first. Don't be hard on yourself and All the best . At least you are trying that's a good thing

    You will get best results by calorie counting and doing 10,000 steps everyday. You will need to calculate how many calories your body needs to maintain current weight and then decrease the calorie intake by 400-500 calories. Good luck

    hi munzarin this is Vaishali from usa . Try not to saute salad because salad if you eat raw it's more beneficial. Small bunthgobi is called brussel sprouts bolte hai . Try bajra jawar and nachni roti with all kind of veggies so nice India has so much fresh local veggie . Don't spend on expensive stuff. India has so much fresh and healthy veggies. I miss India so much specially fresh food .

    Moonzareen dear, in the morning when u wake up have 1 tall glass of water then wait an hour then after that u can have boiled eggs / low fat yogurt/ oatmeal/ banana/ almond milk or if u can get low fat milk. There are lots of way u can loose weight. But remember every little step will make u successful. Don’t rush because if u try to loose fast u will gain back everything.U can always do with desi khana too. Pls don’t mind me for all the advice. Inshaa’Allah u will be successful
    Try to work out in the morning after fajr

    Diet ke side effects yahi hai ser . Ein dard..ein bhi sochri thi Ramazan se phle loose karne... So aapke saath meine bhi start Kiya hai.. thnku for motivation

    hey moon i wld like to share mine tried n tested tricks in sha Allah it will help you out.. have your dinner by 7 max 7:30.. instead of wrkout try doing beginners zumba many videos r available on utube fr 1hrs its more exciting thn workout... try having lukewarm water fr throughout ur day keep a thermas wid u.. hope it helps u.. take care all d best.     Assallam o alaikum you should read rujuta diwekar's book "Don't loose your mind loose ur weight" .it is grear book to loose weight in healthy and easy way.Also u can have makhana chana seng for snacking.All the best may Allah help u with all ur problems.
