      Yes sometimes I hammer wire flat after bending it into the shape I want, it helps it be stronger.

    I love how this looks but I'm wondering what it would look like with twisted square wire or even twisted and hammered.... Or would that cut the wire since it's twisted?

    • @OxanaCrafts
      @OxanaCrafts  Год назад +1

      I think it would look cool, but my wire was round not square so couldn't be twisted. I haven't tried hammering twisted wire, but now I need to see what it would look like!

    Greetings. I’ve been watching your work for quite a while and I loved you designs. I’ve seen most from rings to necklaces, I don’t know about bracelets though I haven’t checked. But do you have any for bead tassels ? I personally make beads from semi precious gemstones and although I can cheaply get silver and copper tassels from wholesale. I’ve been wanting to make one myself. But before I do that I need to understand some of the basics. So do you have any tutorials for silver/copper tassels ?

    • @OxanaCrafts
      @OxanaCrafts  Год назад

      Thank you! I haven't heard of bead tassels, are they made of seed beads?

    • @lemongrab6173
      @lemongrab6173 Год назад

      @@OxanaCrafts no sorry I’m not very fluent when it comes to English. What I meant are just tassels like the ones attached to beads. There are whole sell ones in local silver shops. But the designs are a bit bland and repetitive. So I’m curious if wether it is possible to make them with silver and copper wires.

    Iron block vs steel block???

    • @plasticbottle7930
      @plasticbottle7930 Год назад

      Steel should be stronger/harder? I'm not sure there would be much of a difference if you're just using it to hammer wire.

      Whichever you can find, either would work
