    For filling the nano tape with liquid you could use a restaurant style squeeze bottle, they can hold so much liquid and have a narrow top!

    My dad has a contraption that allows you to fill cupcakes or bread with some kind of filling. So it's like a syringe but a little bigger. I wonder if that would be a decent alternative to a syringe.
    I'm also wondering if you could fill the bubbles with like baby oil, or a combination of oil plus water to give a lava lamp effect.

    I wonder if using sugar or salt instead of sprinkles would give it a crystalline effect? Especially the colored sugar for cookies! Or what if you put eyeshadow inside? I wonder if it would stay as an opaque color or if stretching it would have an interesting effect. Especially something duo-chrome pigment, if you wanted to get a little extra fancy!

    How about a deco cream bottom for the bubble-cake pop to rest upon? What about using paper confetti instead of glitter? Or glittery hued wrapping paper and/or ribbon? Washi tape? Would any of those look good in the nano bubble? I love the ones you did. The metal glitter bubble reminded me of the Dragon Quest Metal Slimes. It was so cute!! Thanks for your video!

    Some suggestions:
    Fill with slime
    U could also try making a snowglobe bubble, so fill with LOTS of glitter, little figurines etc.
    Make a glow in the dark bubble
    Fill with water! (this might be possible on a sink idk) just water makes it look like a magical crystal orb!

    Ayyyye. Late to the party, but in the US you can buy huge syringes meant for livestock at just about any farm store. They typically sell two sorts, too-some that are just like human medical syringes and massive ones that are used to give livestock oral medication. Bonus points for being relatively cheap, and the needles themselves are usually sold separately, so there's no need to worry about accidentally poking yourself. 💖

    I hate seeing comments about "wasting" product for crafts/art. The sad truth is that most crafting and art isn't sustainable and usually wasteful, whether it be from the packaging from the supplies or the materials used. Coming after people for using something they spent their own money in is wild to me

    • @maqaroon
      @maqaroon  Год назад +3

      Yes I always feel that nothing used for arts/crafts is ever wasted because you get enjoyment, relaxation or a learning process out of it. The final result can break or end up discarded but you had fun doing it, or in the case of RUclips, many people watched it and were entertained, so that alone justifies all the costs 😄

    Could you use a Boba straw to get bigger items inside? Fill the straw with something so that when you blow the bubble up you push the stuff inside? Like perler beads or seed beads or pony beads? I know that have metal smoothie/Boba straws now. If you do a combo of the glitter in the tape and beads in the straw I wonder if you could make some type of shaker.
    A snow globe bubble with clay slices folded into the nano tape and then using the squeeze bottle mentioned by someone else to add a larger amount of liquid/glitter could be really pretty.
    If you put dry orbees into a nano tape cone and then inflate with water would the orbees soak up the water and get squishy???
    What's the biggest nano bubble possible?? Could you layer a bunch of extra wide pieces to use the cone method to make a mega bubble to turn into a nano bubble snow man? It may be getting close to spring time in the northern hemisphere, but here in America we are getting blasted with snow again in a lot of places.

I want to see if it works since I don't have any supplies to try this out with. What if you put orbeez inside nano bubble while you put water in it? u could try to enclose small objects inside the bubble, like a tiny gel squishy or cabochons..... or pom poms i think could be rly cool. or foam beads/balls used in slime. or maybe even feathers???? i think for this to work u would have to have a large chunk of nano tape to start out with... also would u be able to fuse strips of nano tape together before hand and then use the same meathod but with a giant piece of nano tape... like 8x12 inches giant... and bake a MASSIVE nano tape bubble squishy? also i wonder if theres a way to tint the tape with food coloring or something and then u coukd have a transparent but colorful bubble? also i thought maybe theres a way to make shapes... like a star, if u were to cut out two star shapes, fuse them around the edges after filling w glitter (to keep the two tape stars from fusing completely to eachother, only fusing at the seams) and leave room for the straw and then blow it up, it would be a star shaped bubble, im thinking like the super star from mario type looking thing...

    To make a nano "cube", start with two equal width strips of tape, one each three times as long as wide, the second a little longer. Lay them down and join the longer strip (the stem) to other strip (the top) in te middle to form a "T" .Fold upward one end of the top. Fold upward the stem. Join their common edge. Fold upward the other end of the top and join its common edge with the stem. Next fold the stem 90 degrees over the joined sides. At this point you will have a box wiith an open lid. Add whatever you wish, then "close the lid"

    u could use one of those refillable squeeze bottles that people use for tie dye. the mustard squeeze bottle type ones, specifically the jumbo size, they have lots of room for water and glitter which means a bigger squishy. theyre also easier to get ahold of than a syringe. and the tip on the bottles cap is still long enough to work. just an idea, but i think it would work really well to make jumbo nano tape water squshies.

    • @maqaroon
      @maqaroon  Год назад +2

      Hi! I think your problem must be the small size of the tape and you're not getting the air pocket which helps the bubble inflate. Try to layer them together to create a larger surface area, or add a tiny amount of glitter/sprinkles/salt/sugar inside which helps to maintain the air pocket. A balloon pump should work fairly well but you have to wrap the tape very well around the tip and make sure it's heated thoroughly (at least 60sec with a hairdryer or 30sec in hot water). Good luck! Hope it will work ☺

    Amazon has 500mL plastic syringes. They also do carry a 1000mL syringe, but it's glass, and therefor expensive. The 1000mL glass ones are over $300USD, the 500mL plastic ones are $17+ depending on the manufacturer, and what comes with the syringe, such as a tube.
