You know, what I find interesting is that the 2nd floor of the Prison Block (where the main lobby is) has this hallway/corridor that leads to the 3rd floor of the Male Ward. I’m referring to the hallway from the Whistleblower. I used to think that it leads to the 2nd floor of the Male Ward but somehow it’s the 3rd since I would think that they usually connect two buildings on the same level. I hope it makes sense. 😂
Also, your tour videos are great! They give me better ideas of what the Outlast architecture looks like. I’m fascinated by it, even though some portions don’t make much sense. 🙃
Edited: I tried playing this entirely loaded map of Outlast but my PC can’t really handle it so I’m watching your videos. 😄

there has always been a lack of such a video regarding the inside of the building, really good job, I repeat it and will repeat it :D

The third level (4th floor?) is where the radio room is (whistleblower) and where you find "down the drain" in main game before dropping through a hole. So there's not an empty level. You can see in whistleblower, recreation area, where you enter. The inconsistencies lay in the exterior wall: it has the correct entrance position but it's 1 level too tall. Also, it depends what you consider the first floor, since the building is located in a hill.

One thing I don‘t understand is the Lobby on the 3rd floor which has a main exit in front of the building
