This is crazy delicious. Not hard to make and maybe the perfect thing to whip up on a weekend morning. I was shocked at how good this was. You should make this.

I love what you do! This is a great recipe but I'm a wee bit confused because in your video you show 2 eggs and a 9 x 13 pan but your website recipe calls for 1 egg and an 8 x 8 pan(?). Since you don't show quantities on the website the viewer is required to go with the website recipe which I did.

@@andyhay902 Andy, I followed your website recipe using 1 egg but a 9 x 13 pan. I noticed that an increased cook time of around 40+/- minutes was required but nonetheless the result was sheer ecstasy…audacious awesomeness. You’re right, this is more of a “break glass if necessary” recipe but man it delivers!
