However that just isn't Profitable business.
So they design buildings that will be falling apart in a couple decades.
When the full neighborhood is in shambles some Billionaire company buys it up for cheap.
Goes crying to the politicians asking for money to build Affordable Housing.
Uses that money to rip it all down, and build a Luxury apartment building.
Then sells these apartments to the Millionaires.
Then finally when this buildings start falling apart and those now broke Millionaires lose their homes they become Low Cost housing.
A few years later they repeat the process over again.

It's been hidden from most of the world for so long, even though every single culture throughout the world for thousands of years have spoken of the same giants and that was the real reason why God brought the flood. You know how every nation wears similar clothing all throughout history? As does every nations architectural design stay similar all throughout history. These structures weren’t practical use to the average society, they were a tomb filled with treasures and used as a religious temple. They were structured to flaunt the societies and nobles power and wealth for all to see, which is the way some structures are made today just as different designs.
Just because there’s no reason to attempt it does NOT mean it cannot be built. There’s a 350ft pyramid casino in Las Vegas which is just 100ft shorter than Giza. Also no in no way does saying that today it would take lots of money, resources, man power, advanced tools etc and multiple years to complete does not make any sense as to why it would not be able to be built back then. As back then it is proven with physical evidence that they used tens of thousands of workers to build it over the course of 15-30 years. With dwellings being found next to the pyramids dating back to the pyramids construction. So if the workers lived there, built it, we know what they built, when they built it, then the only question is how?
Well there’s several methods as to how, some make sense and some don’t. Dating the construction materials we know how long it took them to build each of the pyramids, 15-30 years. We know roughly the amount of blocks used to build it and how much man power they had. So with tens of thousands of workers that seems plenty feasible over that course of time for them to have been able to build them.
There’s over a hundred of the pyramids varying in design, age and size. They also used other stone tools to cut, carve, drill, shape the stone blocks. Stone tools you say? Yes, stone tools. Stone tools can be made out of any stone. Granite cuts granite as does diorite which they had access to, as well as quartz sand mixed with water to aid in cutting and drilling it. Now that we know how they cut them, how did they move them? We know the quarry locations, so the distance and land/water they had to traverse. They had boats back then that were large enough to move the blocks as far as they could with water.
Then there’s multiple methods as to how they could pull/push the blocks on the sand. Over rolling logs, levers, wet sand, pulling with ropes and animals with enough man power and pushing. Multiple of these methods have been accomplished by remakes from people today with the same technology they had access to. We understand plenty enough through physical evidence about the Egyptians to know that they built them, when, how and why. So just because you don’t buy the narrative does not mean we haven’t known how they have built them when we have for dozens of years now.
