Duration of video is not an issue. Issue is to develop the animation. The first animation you make may take quite a long time. However, once you build the components, the next one becomes easier and the next even shorter. It is also depend to your knowledge of Adobe Flash. Time also big issue. If you are student, you may not have time from your classes. If you are working, you may not have time to the staff like this, because your work will drain your energy. And you should love doing it.
