The last trip that I’ve taken to Disney was in 2019 (we used to go yearly but the panini forced us to stop) and we are finally returning to our happy place later this year for our honeymoon! In the meantime, your videos fill the Disney void in my heart and make me super excited to be back 🥰🫶🏼

The last Shop Disney box I got was two pins, loosely thrown into a box about 19" x 13" x 9," no bubble wrap. One pin was half out of the box when it arrived and stuck to the packing tape😮. I also spoke with a cast member once who said that mystery boxes were all packaged with the same box varieties in one box, and that as they were packing shipments, unless they intentionally mix the selection, is very easy to get several dupes 😢. Sorry this was your experience!

Unreal!!! I literally just got a pair of ears from ShopDisney. I ordered the wrong ones, trying to get WDW but got Disneyland. I returned them and ordered the correct ones. They sent me Disneyland again 🤦🏾♀️ I notified them after I got the shipping email. They apologized and told me that the 2024 ears were out of stock 😒 Meanwhile, they are plentiful in the parks. You would think that they would've figured out getting merch from the parks to sell online.
I only buy 1 box from shopdisney because there has been too many duplicates lately. On one of other channels, the woman said that she buys pin boxes from different places around the park because the stores will put out all the pins from one crate and supposedly they are the same pins. I guess it’s a mystery only to the consumer, which makes me question now why it’s so difficult to get rare pins. It’s very frustrating!
I am so sad for you guys! If I had those two missing pins I would just send them to you. I feel like the boxes must be separated in the warehouse and you got a lazy worker who grabbed you 6 of the same. So unfair. Emily is so sweet for sending you a good chunk of it!

I think you are for sure right that they know which boxes are which. Tim and Johnny did the munchlings from shop Disney and the boxes had color coded dots on them to reflect the plush so that they would intentionally send you doubles and make you buy more. That’s why so many people just use resell apps because they can just buy the pin or plush they want. I use whatnot since you guys helped me sign up to get the pins I want from mystery boxes now.

I can’t imagine paying for that many boxes and they are all the same I would rather wait and buy what I need on eBay or something because they love blind bags and the money sunken into these collections. That’s so crazy 😮

That’s happened to me a couple times for Christmas I bought the 2024 mystery pins. I got 4 boxes and only got 3 different ones out of 8 pins. Then I got a couple boxes of the new park mystery pins and same thing over 1/2 were duplicates my boys were so disappointed!

I got one of the advent boxes from Karen this year and there were mystery pins in it that EVERY box was exactly the same. i can't remember which collection it was but it is clearly not just a shop disney issue. She was sending from Paris and to a bunch of people so what are the odds that it would just happen to me? I don't blame Karen for this at all, please don't hear it that way... this is clearly something going on with Disney.

Shop Disney is a disgrace!! How can they ship so many boxes that are all duplicates! They don’t care!! They sent me a Nuimos’ clothes with one tennis shoe! I had to pay for shipping it back!!
