Blaire (Blanc & Noire) are more general and shotgun boosters.
Tiaga (Tia & Naga) are more for the focus fire nikkes and enemies with a core to hit.
Tiaga would suck at Modernia boss, because there are only parts to hit, no actual core. But outshine Blaire against Blacksmith as that has 3 cores yo hit.

Basically Luck bunnies are more for stable long term battles with their superior healing shielding and keeping you from being 1 shot.
School girls are for cranking out that OP Attack while helping keep those glass cannons like Scarlet from offing themselves with their slight healing and shielding they provide

Depends on fight. Bunnies are more stable - Blanc has better healing. Also, a lot of Tia's mechanics count on her maintaining cover, so if it's a fight where cover is easy to lose, she's a wimp.
On the other hand, they increase damage more than bunnies do. I think having Liter/Miranda as part of their crew is a mistake. Tia already has an attack buff. I'd throw Dorothy or Volume in there instead.
