The only reason is because of the FOMO : Fear Of Missing Out isn't really present in this game. It doesn't pressure the players to keep playing. So, not a lot of people play this game
@@lambosan49 hi! You have a great point! But, I would like to argue that the grind for Genshin (at least in my opinion) isn't as much of a hassle as Another Eden. Genshin is quite generous with character level-up materials and mora/money. I'm a returning player, and maybe I need to play more to get those (scrolls?) To level-up more of my characters, but it feels like forever to just level up a character to the max (I actually just have one max level character). Leveling up a character to max level in genshin just takes a few days, depending on your resources. Another Eden is indeed underrated. It has a superb storyline, but not being able to progress because I'm under-leveled, and get stronger characters of a certain element due to poor rates/rng is a huge turn-off. For those who don't know, let me explain the summoning system jn Genshin. Genshin has a pity system where we can keep summoning on a banner we want with a chance 50/50 chance to get the desired within ~90 summons. If we fail to get the character we want due to insufficient primogems ("chrono stones"), we can summon on the next banner with our accumulated summons from the previous banner. When you lose the 50/50 on a banner, you are guaranteed the character banner as your next 5 star. This means that within 180 summons, you will surely get one copy of the character you want. Unfortunately, we can't have that yet in Another Eden. Without the pity system, players may lose more money just summoning. If they will not add a pity system, significantly improving the drop rates for characters may be something everyone will be more open to. :)
the part at 2:57 when everyone says Aldo’s name and even the cat meowed his name because they all belive in him and would would walk with him to a brand new advanture to same the universe across time and space with Hope
Happy 3rd Anniversary, I loved this game but not being able to beat Miroku Disaster in any way I left due to frustration... Still one of the best mobile game ever
I took a break for a few months after that chapter first came out. After obtaining a newer DPS and building her, I practically two-shotted Miroku Disaster. In my opinion, that was the hardest main story boss. Now with new units, it should be a lot easier if you’re opening to try again.
thanks everyone for 3rd anniversary, hope we all player AE global will happy with this anniversary,OMG I'm crying, I can't believe it's been 3 years of celebration.
Congrats for the 3rd anniversary. I'm just start like last month, but dang, this is so classic yet modern mobile JRPG. Hope u guys keep up the good work 👍
This is the game if you want quality 2D RPG action on mobile and value the old 2D RPG back in the days. It’s a niche genre today but a really really great experience. Yes, the gacha can be a turn off; but you don’t really need it to progress in the story and that story is the most amazing one among gacha mobile RPGs. Also the Steam version got an update with which it now plays smooth like a knife through hot butter. I highly recommend this game if you enjoy 2D RPGs and are suck of other mobile games such as FGO, Genshin, etc… (and gbf that piece of trash).
Want to return and play again but then the grinding and no guarantees pull make me hesitant.I left the game on August last year,is it still worth to play?
It's always worth it to play this game. Just don't focus too much on the grind. Pulls don't really matter once you've got a decent core of characters. Additional units are just bonuses and "nice to have". Sure it's cool to pull a new unit, but none are absolute "must haves". I've been playing for over 2 years and I've got over 130 units to play around with without having ever spent a dime on the game. That's plenty to try different combos. And I'm not anywhere near having them all geared up and. I've always got something to work on, and it's always fun. I just don't focus too much on loots and the randomness of pulls. It's just a nice surprise when I get a new toy to play with. Devs always release new content, new stories, and stuff. I'm still not up to date with all the missions and story quests. So yeah, there's plenty to do.
@@Xhyllos1 I'm also a returning player. But right now, I want stronger units. Units strong enough to carry me through harder contents of the story. I want to quickly observe the main story, and i think I need stronger units for that (Dewey Alter come home).
@@REmTnd almost any unit can be made strong. But you don't need to be that strong to beat the story content. Just a few bosses here and there that are tricky, like the final boss of chapter 85, or the final boss on yhe mythos content. Even then, my best units for those were mostly the free units from collabs or episodes.
@@REmTnd well for starter, Aldo is an absolute beast. I use him for pretty much everything ever. Then there are Yuri, Cress, Velvet, and Milla from the Tales symphony, they are great. Feinne is the only unit in the game capable of reviving dead units, I use her a lot on tougher battles. Cyrus is a good DD, Joker and Violet can be great. I've seen videos of people doing 1-hit 10 millions in damage with Guildna, Jade is strong, Deirdre is a killing machine. She's easy one of my strongest DD with Aldo. I haven't played around with the Chrono Cross units yet, as I've been busy with other content, but I would presume they are good too. There really is no shortage of great units to build a strong team with. And by playing around for a while, you'll collect enough stones to pull more 5* to fill whatever holes you might have. If you pull Radias, for example, she is the best tank I have.
Love this theme, and again congrats on your Anniversary!
3 years later, still play to this day! Here’s to more years of quality content. Best mobile JRPG out there!
This game is so underplayed and underrated.
Grinding af that is bottleneck by timegated progress with horrible drop rate for character developing materials to make them remotely visible.
@@linxzta then how is Genshin/Honkai overplayed? FGO too
