Watching this on netflix I dont have any idea zack will be the main character. That hes just a killer in the first episode. But I told myself I wish he will change lol and become friends with Rachel but seems impossible, but I haven't expect he will be with Rachel until the end. I'm so satisfied with his character development
I think "he changes ,become friends with Rachel and lives happily" would be the worst ending because at the end of the day he is a murderer and even ray is a murderer and it makes no sense for him to just change from killing people to goody goody because of a single person And he has a clear justification for him to become a murderer so for him what he is doing is right
Spoiler: They both make it out alive. And the author of the book/creator of the game said he doesn't end up killing her and they run away together or something. But they're both still alive I'm still crying though

Edit: Oh, yeah I did find something. It's true. I think it left the ending as it was so that way people could come up with their own endings 🤷♀️

The end of the show was so sad, but if they both died maybe they’re together in the afterlife, or if they were reincarnated then they could be together again in their next lives. And before anyone says, “they’re just fictional characters” SHUT UP. Like seriously leave me alone, I’m trying to trick myself into believing this stuff ends happy.
