      Everything changes as it changes hands. The origins will not be forgotten as long as it's recognized by the city with designated historical markers.

      Everything is ghetto until a certain group decide the location is valuable and make moves to take it. I remember thinking some areas of Riverside was ghetto in the 1990’s . Now look at all the trendy bars, stores, apartments and condos. Look at Springfield wasn’t that area full of crack cocaine in the 1980’s. It’s hippie lawyers and doctors over there now
