Honestly dude I love this. It may not be the most necessary thing but it's extremely satisfying.
it works so freaken good too, also added like 50 sinks underneith to overflow sink each item since this video, i just love making sorters no matter how useless lol

you do you you are just doing what every player does or did at some point, we all made these kind of mass storage rooms even the so called top players like ImKibitz and others all made massive storage areas and made them pretty i think i remember a circular one that was massive and looked amazing, hell i remember ImKibitz making a massive nuclear waste dump that was so big it was unreal to look at. It all comes down to if it works and if it works then what's the problem and if it doesn't work then it can all be torn down and rebuilt that's the beauty of this game. I use the dimensional storage to make building easier when away from my main base and it just saves time going back and forth for mats. This time around i decided to go with a main bus approach which is essential the same as mass storage but just on belts that extend and i make factories off them. I will say one thing and the only reason i know is because i did the exact same thing many many times lol having goods move up a floor when the floor below is full will eventual grind your lines to a halt because that item will make it to the top and cause your entire lines to stop easy fix is to have a overflow sink on the last container at the top of every item :).

honestly its not terrible, unless i pull out the paint tool, then it gets wild, not sure why
