Re:Zero is probably as dark and bloody as Attack on Titan, that´s for sure... As for the plot... ever watched "Edge of Tomorrow"? That movie in which Tom Cruise get killed, like, a bazillion times? nope no filler in re zero i cant wait untill you react to it it isnt copyright safe but you can fix it by muting and bluring it but please dont use patreon or cut it if it isnt edited its passible to watch it with original video and dont miss anything so it is better to make it like theater mute and make dark but main think is timer and full video then it wont be bad ps i think re zero has consistent endings and openings but candle is getting mushoku tensei or seven deadly sins but overlord is good too pss yeah re zero is best replacement
Re:Zero reactions after AoT would be great. It is definitely a masterpiece of its own genre. So far it has 2 seasons, 50 episodes overall. I have a feeling u would really appreciate this show.
The Singer of Opening 4, Maeshima Mayu, is the former vocalist of Myth & Roid. She Leave Myth & Roid on November 2017 and changed with a new Vocalist named KIHOW
3:01 DR Movie is a Korean animation studio that primarily deals with anime openings. if you see their name in any opening they either did pretty much the entire thing or did most of the heavy lifting
The first 2 rezero eds are so good. The second ed is sung by Rie Takahashi, the VA for the lady the ending focuses on. The final ed is also super good. Probably the ed I have listened to the most after the fact. Rezero is so crazy that the opening you listened to here did not even play in the show until like halfway through the season because it does spoil quite a bit. Whitefox Studio basically decided to make rezero have a full 30 mins episode for a lot of the second season episodes. It means like that there were no commercial breaks. Usually, a single anime episode can be somewhere around 23 mins without ads. Idk how they managed to do that or convince the higher ups to agree to a no ad format. It is one of the reason why Rezero anime is considered so good. The studio cared a lot.
From what I've read the production committee and/or studio(White Fox) are/is either paying extra for the whole 30 min slot or just foregoing any ad revenue they could get. They even cut the OP/ED for extra time but sometimes because of spoilers(like with 4th opening, when we were even wondering how many episodes we're gonna have to wait to even see it).
I don't remember if White Fox is on the committee, but even if not, I can imagine them convincing the committee to invest in that longer runtime. It also helps tremendously that the music producer Kadokawa is also the original publisher, so the cutting of the OP/ED was not a problem for them because they could still profit from the boosted sales of the light novels.
@@theXVersu Yeah, the Kadokawa lock really sucks, I don't know why they even do it. I think only Konomi Suzuki's songs and the Made in Abyss OSTs are available worldwide, and even those seem to be special cases. So, like, apparently Kadokawa is aware that it's region-locking its songs, and chooses to not unlock them. It's weird.
Re:ZERO is fantastic, and the way you described the third ending kinda describes the show itself. It's a darker fantasy anime with realistic touches to it, also very heavy on many different emotions. It's probably one of the best written series I've ever watched, anime or not, and the mcs development is insanely good. It should be RUclips safe, seeing as there are a ton of Re:ZERO reactions on here, and there's no filler. It does have a fun OVA though If I had to recommend a few animes to watch after AOT, it'd be Re:ZERO, Angel Beats, and Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood
This makes me so happy! Re:Zero is my 2nd favorite anime right after AOT so glad you’re enjoying the music it’s amazing! Btw the vocalist of the first opening is the lead singer of Myth & Roid! There’s also a bunch of insert/special songs by myth & riod and the voice actors playing during the episodes they’re fantastic as well Really hope you’ll react to the anime at some point it’s definitely more character and mystery driven and subverts a lot of common anime tropes in one way or another another great show to theory craft. There’s no filler in Re:Zero it’s pretty gory but notching cheeky Thank you for the amazing and genuine reaction always a joy to watch them!
Re:Zero is amazing, season 1 gave me the impression that I'm watching an admittedly great show but a bit edgy, frustrating and silly at times but then...... Season 2 came around where everything started to make sense and I absolutely lost it and cried so hard my head amd eyes started to hurt. And to answer your question regarding DR Movie, It's an extremely talented and old korean studio that is hired by other Japanese studio to help animate many scenes of the anime they're working on which allows the original studio to give their all making the rest of the project. They're insanely talented especially when it comes to Character acting animations. The oldest project (that I can remember) they were a part of was "Monster" 2002 to 2004. They took part in Chainsaw Man recently. Also, the best anime to replace AOT is Vinland Saga. It leans more into the realistic side of things 99% of the time (except when it want depict the Vikings Saga EXACTLY how it was written), but the tone is very similar, both deal with heavy themes and messages and they are both produced by WIT and MAPPA Studios respectfully (First season made by WIT and 2nd season by MAPPA coming next January)
I don't think there is anything to discuss about this masterpiece. The first time I heard about this anime I thought to myself "what is this mess?" But as I've always been shown an anime should never be judged by name and appearance. After watching it I realized that this anime is actually a masterpiece in the time travel category. The story, the development of the protagonist, the decisions he made, the narrative thread, the parallels of his decisions and the backstory of the characters was indescribable. It is something that should be watched at least once in a lifetime. I highly recommend it, have a great evening and good luck with the sequel.
Rezero helped me get through a hard time and ive rewatched so many times and cried so many times. This show you really have to pay attention to and understand the situations of the characters. This show is just so beautiful and well written, ive never cried to a show or game before rezero
mayu maeshima is an awesome singer, she was the lead singer of myth and roid when re:zero aired and did a lot of the soundtrack for it as well as other things like saga of tanya the evil. her most recent one is also a banger called "story" its the op for an anime called uncle from another world *HIGHLY RECOMMEND* that opening
Re:Zero is absolutely my favorite Anime. IT's definitely a character journey. Everything is focused on the main character's journey and it's the only Anime I think is actually reasonable about the type of emotional stress that an Isekai like this would put on a real person. The music is insane and coveys such feelings. As you could tell in ending 3 you felt the sinister menace just from the soundtrack alone. Also one thing I've noticed about almost all Anime is the openings seem to be more literal while the endings are more symbolic.
Love how you mentioned that Overlord, Saga of Tanya the Evil and Re: Zero all have Myth & Roid attached to them, cause the creators of those 3 series along with the creator of Konosuba are all friends, and there's actually a fun spinoff series called Isekai Quartet which is a crossover of all 4 shows 😂
Idk if anyone commented this yet, I'd browse but don't have much time, the singer for Opening 4 of Re Zero was the original singer for MYTH & ROID, she stopped and went solo in like 2017, did the original 2 Re Zero openings, a ton of Overlord stuff, Saga of tanya the evil op etc. The 4th opening was the first thing I bopped to this year after a depressive episode lol
I may be a bit biased since Re:Zero is my favorite anime but it is an amazing anime and definitely a great reaction one with the stuff that happens in it.
Ending 1 is definitely my favorite of the 4. You should absolutely react to this! What the show does by diving into the main character’s psyche is incredible, a very cerebral show. Also please do indeed watch the Fate shows! It’s an Amazing anime as well
Rie Takahashi is such an amazing VA and singer (Sings Ed2 as her character Emilia). She also sings as another of her famous characters Megumin in the Konosuba Ed and Isekai Quartet Ed. Funny thing in the huge Isekai crossover series Isekai Quartet she has many scenes as both Emilia and Megumin on screen at the same time and there's the running gag in universe of them sharing a similar voice. It's also funny as hell because Megumin and Emilia are complete opposites to one another. I can't imagine being in the recording booth with just yourself and playing 2 distinct characters every other sentence.
re:zero is amazing, I think you would really enjoy it also "starting life in another world" is just a part of the title it should be fine for youtube, nothing really worse than aot in terms of gore there is also basically no filler
Re:Zero is definetly a must watch. Currently has 2 seasons with a total of 50 episodes adapting 4 of the current 7 story arcs of the light novel, which is still ongoing. And season 2 went mental with their screentime, in many episodes not even broadcasting openings or endings in order to add a few extra minutes to each episode
To be honest. Your chanell is all about a reactions. Re:ZERO have so many monents that hit you. Some bizzare, some funny, some heavy and hit hard. And i would love to see your reactions to these moments.
Yes!! Re:zero is in my opinion hands down the best isekai anime, absolutely amazing and I 100% recommended you react to this anime next, you will love it.
Re:ZERO is a special case because everyone on the production team from Studio White Fox has incredibly passionate feelings towards the story. Every type of production from this anime is HAND picked specifically to elevate the characters and the story. I'm talking about the dynamic chemistry between the voice actors, the openings, endings, insert songs, animation and art style. But the craziest thing this studio has ever done when it comes to this series is bending the usual format for Anime broadcast runtime, by removing ops and eds from certain dialogue focused episodes in order for the anime only watchers to get more information about the story.
I would absolutely vote for this to be the next anime you watch. Love this series, always look forward to the next season. One of the best openings I've seen is the one for Dororo. Fantastic vocals, stunning visuals. Hypes up the show perfectly.
DR MOVIE isn't "doctor movie" lol, it is a an animation studio that is used by a lot of japanese animation studios to help outsource parts of animations, it is a south korean studio partially owned by Madhouse studio (which is a pretty famous japanese animation studio). Basically they are used to help the main anime studio finish the job before the deadline, they generally take care of in-between animation and easier (but time consuming) parts of the production and stuff like that.
If you want to watch Fate, here's is my guide for people new to the series: If you feel like you can commit watch "Fate/stay night unlimited blade works" (no the movie) then watch "Fate/zero" then whatever you want after. if you're not sure if you can commit, do "Fate/Zero" first then "Fate/unlimited blade works". re zero has literally 0 filler. same with fate. The Re:zero series is still ongoing with no confirmed date for future seasons. Each Fate storyline is standalone and works on its own and they are COMPLETE (including the main storylines which are "fate/stay night unlimited blade works" and "fate/stay night heaven's feel")
I would really love you reacting to re zero episodes, the show is so good it's my favorite anime. I just love everything about it, the voices, the story, the psychology, the music, the rewatchability. Best show ever
I REALLY want you to react to this one right after AoT SO bad! It's a really good roller coaster of a show, though you should be prepared cuz it will make your mind tremble...
Ooooh glad you’re watching these! As someone said, stay alive was sung by Rie takahashi that plays the white haired girl. There is actually more songs sung by cast members though! The blue and pink/red haired twins each have an “insert song/ost” that their respective VAs sing at important scenes. If you plan to watch the series, I would suggest waiting to hear them in the show, as the scenes will add so much to it. And if you do watch the show I hope you enjoy it (I’m sure you will enjoy it tbh) EDIT: to answer you question about what animes have a complete set of unskippable songs, to name a few mainstream series: Sword art online attack on titan Black clover Tokyo ghoul Demon slayer Rising of the shield hero SpyxFam Jujutsu Kaisen Irregular at magic high school And a couple honourable mentions that are great, but less talked about: Guilty crown Irregular at magic highschool Aldnoah zero
Re zero is by far my favorite piece of media ever, so much so that i went ahead and read the novels, i would drop whatever i was doing immediately if you were reacting to it
So I remember back when the early release of the anime rezero. STYX HELIX is the best rezero ending song in my opinion. This song always gives me so many emotions, and I can't even really describe why. I love it so much.
This is my favorite anime. It has everything you could want - great characters with a lot of development, an awesome story, emotional damage, and really cool action. 10/10 recommendation to watch.
So glad you were able to watch that last opening. And I do agree on how amazing these endings are. While the usual melancholy songs that most animes use for their endings would fit so well, these songs are still able to display that while expressing Re: Zero's dark intensity. This is such an amazing anime and I hope you'll make reaction videos for it.
Idk why but i feel like nothing can beat re zero (for me) as my no.1 anime. The satisfying feeling when the ed plays after an intense eps too, sooo good.
The crazy thing about Re:Zero is that the anime has like at least 26 minutes until 29 minutes of content. Usually anime only has 21 minutes of content including opening and ending. But there are lots of episode in Re:Zero that has NO OPENING AND ENDING so it's full throttle 29 minutes nonstop. Some even make a joke that the studio forgot to put opening and ending to this anime
Some thing that u will realize when watching the show, when ur watching, the ending starts playing while the episode is starting to close, and it just works every time… also, a lot of ending scenes so if u watch… DO NOT SKIP A SECOND BC YOU COULD MISS A LOT BC THIS SHOW IS PACKED WITH AMAZINGNESS
The first ending is came from Myth and Roid (Styx Helix) The second one is came from one of the VA of ReZero (Rei Takahashi) (Stay Alive) The third one is nonoc (Memento) And lastly, nonoc again (Believe in you) They are all good songs, try to listen on full songs and also try to listen on the character songs of Rem, Ram and Emilia. Its soothing, I promise.
Ending 2 and 3 are my two favorites, with ending 3 slightly edging out over ending 2. Hearing it just reminds you of what the MC went through up till that point, and it playing with the MC's speech to a certain character not to be confused with a lasagna-loving cat. It is so good. Absolutely my favorite ending of any anime, and the 2nd one is in my top 3. I have both in my spotify for sure
Man believe in me, re:zero reaction would be priceless to see! The show has amazing cliffhangers and amazing plotwists, a great anime after attack on titan.
In conclusion ,Myth & Roid song = standard of Awesome Anime😂 And if you notice that ,most of their song is from the anime about the adventure of other fantacy magic universe Myth & roid song vibes is just fit in that kind of story perfectly ,you can feel the magic form the vocal voice
There's bad There's good There's bad in good There's good in bad Then there's re zero, all combined to form a masterpiece Been a day one fan of the show and from day one it never let me down.
I'm tellin' ya now. You will 100% cry every time you hear the 2nd ending as you watch. I won't say much more as I don't want to spoil anything for ya. But it hits hard and it's a tear jerker.
If you do end up doing Re:Zero after AoT (Which I would absolutely adore; They're neck and neck for my favorite ongoing anime, and the source material for Re:Zero is in serious contention for one of my favorite pieces of media ever), make sure you do the Director's Cut versions; Essentially, in the lead up to Season 2, Season 1 was remastered, with a lot of animation touch ups and a few lines added, as well as a stinger scene leading into S2. They also combined the 25 ~30 minute long episodes into 12 ~hour long epiosdes for ease of viewing.
Yes, the anime is not only great and dark, it is perfect to react to because there's always questions to ask and things to react to in general. There's no filler here, it's a ride all the way through... Btw, OP4 sounds similar to myth&roid because it's basically that. Mayu Maeshima was the singer for Myth and left to pursue a solo singing career and came back for Long Shot
Re;Zero is a must. People usually react to Demon Slayer after AoT but i think this is a good anime for you. Btw, no, It's not about a immortal vampire guy.
DR Movie is a korean animation studio, they work closely with Madhouse (which is a partial owner of the company), but also has worked with other studios like Nickelodeon, Ghibli or Warner Bros.
Yes you should watch this show. Nah, no fillers here. In fact, there's so little filler that the show is notorious for not playing the openings and endings for several episodes just to fit in more of the story in each episode. So, when you do get to it, definitely don't skip those, you never know when you'll see them again haha. It should be youtube safe, lots of reactions out there. Try to go in as blind as possible, this one is worth that.
Re:Zero definitely is one of those series with perfect openings, endings, and OST’s. One of those series where the soundtrack is perfect from start to finish. But personally, either AOT or the Monogatari Series have the greatest set of OP’s and ED’s.
There’s three other songs, all of which come from the OVAs: Memories, White White Snow, and Yuki no Hate ni Kimi no na wo (based on google translate that’s “Your Name at End of the Snow”), all by Nonoc. The third of those is my favorite song from the series. As well as another FOUR songs within the show, all sung by the voice actresses: - “Dream of a Boy” and “Door” by Rie Takahashi - “Wishing” by Inori Minase - “What You Don’t Know” by Rie Murakawa
Dr. Movie is a separate animation studio. Basically, White Fox (the main studio for ReZero) outsources some parts of their production work, most notably in-between animation frame and background art to smaller studios. Dr. Movie just so happen to be the most prominent support studio, ironically its in Korea.
Dr Movie is a South Korean Animation Studio. Anime is generally so expensive and time consuming to produce as well as animators so difficult to come by that many (if not most) Japanese production houses will outsource much of the animation out to other studios inside and outside the country. In this case, if I remember correctly, Studio Nexus was responsible for some of the more action heavy scenes in the anime and Dr Movie was one of the studios that was used for outsourcing busy work too (things like in between frames).
DR Movie is a Korean studio that Japanese studios regularly outsource work such as inbetweens and coloring to. Fairly standard practice since the main studio rarely has enough manpower to do everything in-house, even the biggest studios in Japan take work like that in addition to leading productions. DR Movie is specificslly dedicated to taking such work though, which is why they show up in credits really consistently.
It's dark, messed up, RUclips safe, and no filler (I don't think, anyways.). It's one of my top two favorite anime of all time! I'd absolutely love to see your reactions to this anime here on RUclips!
This anime is just amazing. The plot is just incredible. It's so complex and it just keeps getting bigger. Both seasons of Rezero cover only 4 arcs and there are seven at the moment. The author is planning for 11 arcs in total. This anime is a must watch if you like psychological horror and I think it has the best music for anime I've ever listened too. Requiem of silence is such a good soundtrack. Please watch this on RUclips. It's an amazing show and it's something you'd love 100%
I have watched almost 400 different anime through my life, but none has come even close to the whole package Re:Zero has. Sure there are anime that are better than Re:Zero in specific areas but as a whole, Re:Zero excels in everything. It is still my favorite anime/story ever.
You will love made in abyss the opening is amazing the soundtracks are godly and the world building and story just feels so real it’s truly a amzing journey watching the characters dive deep into the trenches of a unknown pit in the middle of their town were unknown creatures exist on a journey to find her mom in the deepest layers of the abyss , the deeper they go with each passing layer , the curse of the abyss begins to effect them like nausea loosing their humanity and even death , once they pass the 4th layer they can’t rerun back alive. Truly an amazing anime to watch !
And for reminder, when Re:Zero first aired in 2016 MYTH&ROID vocalist was that exact same Saeshima Mayu and then she move on from the group , starts to do solo career and her role as vocalist filled by KiHOW since early 2018.
As many have probably said before, Mayu Maeshima used to be the singer for MYTH & ROID. The 4th opening to Re:ZERO is basically a MYTH & ROID song but under her name instead, because the song was made by mostly the same people, from what I've heard EDIT 9 months later, on October 12th 2023: Whoops, Long Shot (opening 4 song) was _not_ made by mostly the same people as other MYTH & ROID songs. It's just the same singer as early MYTH & ROID songs, but the producer is completely different.
Aww i'm glad you like the Re:Zero ED!! My favorite personally is the first ED Styx Helix, it giving me a goosebumps the moment you realize the meaning behind the lyrics and the connection to the storyline 😢 Also Re:Zero is simply a masterpiece, but i think it's not something for everyone. The theme itself (tragedy, death and suffering contrast to its cute characters) is quite traumatic for some. But aside from that, this is a story about an ordinary man who struggle to overcome his weak little self and to acknowledge his own powerlesness and to gather friends and allies for the sake of protecting his loved ones. It's an emotional story of one start from Zero to Hero basically. Also despite the themes, i think this show is safe on RUclips. Muse Asia channel (the legal anime streaming channel) has the full complete seasons of Re:Zero on theirs.
If i could dare i think that the best thing for you may be to react blind to the episodes of Mushoku Tensei without hearing the music beforehand because this anime doesn't have Visuala for OP as they're incorporated into the episode but it is such a good show in terms of everything (+ the author of Rezero and Mushoku tensei are friends and the stories are both at the same level of interesting)
You have listened to things from Mayu Maeshima before- she used to be the lead singer for Myth and Roid. She also did ED #4 for Overlord (and technically EDs 1 and 2, and maybe OP3 as well, since she was with Myth and Roid at the time).
Dr. Movie is a support animation studio based in South Korea. They are frequently found in anime because some animation work get outsourced to them, usually if the main production team gets behind schedule. They also have helped with animation of western shows like Avatar the Last Airbender and the most recent Master of the Universe show subtitled Revelation.
Not only Re:Zero have some of the best openings/endings it also have some of the best sound tracks ! Some examples are: 1. Theater D 2. Tragedy:Eternity 3. Straight Bet Which are all done by Myth and Roid/ Maeshima Mayu Maeshima Mayu (singer of opening 2 and 4 and ending 1) was previously the lead singer of Myth and Roid but she came out of the band to work solo and the 4th opening is her solo work
I'd say this is a must watch and definitely a reaction worthy series. Just be aware that RE:Zero fans LOVE to spoil things, indirectly most of the time, but it's still a pretty common thing. It's my number one anime of all time so I'm a bit biased. Regardless, it's amazing and if you don't watch it next, it should definitely stay in your list of future shows to check out. Edit: Forgot to add, it should be safe for youtube. The anime, while fairly brutal, is usually good at not outright showing the gory details. Basically, RE:Zero's natural "censoring" with your blurring should be fine. Not only that, but there are a pretty decent amount of people that have been fine after releasing reactions themselves.
Re Zero would honestly be a great Attack on Titan "replacement", it's sad to see it wasn't AS reacted to on release. There's a bunch of reactions to season 2, but few to the original season. I think it'd still fulfill a lot of the darkness/blood and mild gore you like, while having a ton of good stuff for you. The very start IS a slow burner though, the first couple of arcs can feel a tiny bit slow, but they set up beautifully for the later parts, and even the mid section which is some of the strongest anime I think you'll find (can't explain cause spoilers). Lastly, I say with absolute conviction: Subaru (main character) has the most/best character development in the entirety of modern anime, someday it might be topped, but jesus there's such iconic key moments that other anime just don't do, especially in the Isekai genre (transported/reborn in another world anime). I'd say if you keep anime slots at 3 a week, if Attack On Titan returns before you're done you can put it as a 2 Re Zero's and 1 Attack on Titan a week (since there will only be 1 episode of AoT a week). With no official release date though, you may be able to straight up finish Re Zero before Attack on Titan continues.
Yes! Love seeing more Re:Zero content! I'm sure you would enjoy reacting to it too. Hope you pick it up after you finish AoT, this show is quite a ride!
If you want to continue with the darker themed reactions after AoT you must follow with Re:Zero. Demon Slayer is also on the darker side of anime. Overlord while having some dark themes is mostly tame and chill
Ending credits contain animation studios helping out with the production, and the "DR Movie" you see from time to time is a South Korean animation studio that often does support work for anime. It probably sticks out to you because most JP studios have their names written in JP (syllabaries) but this one is in Latin letters. Re;Zero, btw, has no filler and it's something that seems right up your alley with the occasional brutality and crazy twists.
The anime openings and endings that i like and never skipped that you haven't seen yet is : - Kekkai Sensen - Corpse Party - AnoHana - WataMote - NouCome - Shigatsu no Lion - Ushio to Tora - The Law of Ueki - Aku no Hana - One Punch Man - Hachi nan tte sore wa nai desho - Yofukashi no Uta
Re:Zero has some ost by myth and roid as well. Legitimately songs that could be openings or endings just as songs used in the show itself once or twice

Re: zero gives you Alice in the wonderland vibes + PTSD + anime things
second ending was by actual Voice Actor Seiyuu of main half-elf girl character.
Re:Zero reactions after AoT would be great. It is definitely a masterpiece of its own genre.
So far it has 2 seasons, 50 episodes overall.
I have a feeling u would really appreciate this show.
There are also one movie and a OVA to watch but the movie is the only mandatory watch.
Also it flows good with the mystery wipe of Aot. Another god show with nice worldbuilding. „Another“ another good one.
Please make it real!
agreed, Re:Zero after AoT
Yeah, Re:Zero is awesome, but is extremly different from AOT. So success it not guaranteed.

Ending 4 is mine, but they're all really good.
Absolutely love that one!
I like the 2nd and 3rd endings 🥰
3:01 DR Movie is a Korean animation studio that primarily deals with anime openings. if you see their name in any opening they either did pretty much the entire thing or did most of the heavy lifting
Nob ther do outsourcing work like in-btweens to for Re zero
@@aj-mindalex1448 they also do many anime openings as well so yeah both of you are correct.
Oh thank you for explaining ❤️
@@erufailon4723 If only they would enable all these great songs to be available on Spotify outside of Japan.
It does have a fun OVA though
If I had to recommend a few animes to watch after AOT, it'd be Re:ZERO, Angel Beats, and Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood
re:zero really is just a masterpiece
i agree with everything above
This makes me so happy! Re:Zero is my 2nd favorite anime right after AOT so glad you’re enjoying the music it’s amazing! Btw the vocalist of the first opening is the lead singer of Myth & Roid!
There’s also a bunch of insert/special songs by myth & riod and the voice actors playing during the episodes they’re fantastic as well
Really hope you’ll react to the anime at some point it’s definitely more character and mystery driven and subverts a lot of common anime tropes in one way or another another great show to theory craft. There’s no filler in Re:Zero it’s pretty gory but notching cheeky
Thank you for the amazing and genuine reaction always a joy to watch them!
I may be a bit biased since Re:Zero is my favorite anime but it is an amazing anime and definitely a great reaction one with the stuff that happens in it.
same here am very based and do agree with that statment XD
I don't care about others, but ReZero is my number 1 no matter what happens. The music, the story and the suspense is like no other.
@@Mully57 love seeing people who have it top 1 indefinitely
Ending 1 is definitely my favorite of the 4. You should absolutely react to this! What the show does by diving into the main character’s psyche is incredible, a very cerebral show. Also please do indeed watch the Fate shows! It’s an Amazing anime as well
ED 1 is probably my favorite ED for this anime. It hits me different. Thankfully, they all are great. ED4 is the weakest, yet still lovely.
I cannot disagree more... stay alive is just too good on so many levels
Ending one is awesome! They are all really good! 🔥🔥
+1 for the Fate recommendation, absolutely spectacular series.
@@demon-reaper1265 I like ED 1 more as an ED but stay alive is probably my favorite when it’s used as a filler song
10:49 right on point, everytime this music plays, you know some absolutely messed up sh*t is happening
Holy shit emelia is megumin the best girls of both animes
11:56 Re:zero has absolutely no fillers. Only the OVAs like in attack on titan are fun additions to the story
re:zero is amazing, I think you would really enjoy it
also "starting life in another world" is just a part of the title
it should be fine for youtube, nothing really worse than aot in terms of gore
there is also basically no filler
Re:Zero is definetly a must watch. Currently has 2 seasons with a total of 50 episodes adapting 4 of the current 7 story arcs of the light novel, which is still ongoing. And season 2 went mental with their screentime, in many episodes not even broadcasting openings or endings in order to add a few extra minutes to each episode
They were like 1.5x the regular length
Hypes up the show perfectly.
it is 100% impossible to know what this anime is about without watching it, even after 10 episodes you still won't be sure, that's why it's so great
DR MOVIE isn't "doctor movie" lol, it is a an animation studio that is used by a lot of japanese animation studios to help outsource parts of animations, it is a south korean studio partially owned by Madhouse studio (which is a pretty famous japanese animation studio).
And if you do watch the show I hope you enjoy it (I’m sure you will enjoy it tbh)
EDIT: to answer you question about what animes have a complete set of unskippable songs, to name a few mainstream series:
Sword art online
attack on titan
Black clover
Tokyo ghoul
Demon slayer
Rising of the shield hero
SpyxFam
Jujutsu Kaisen
Irregular at magic high school
And a couple honourable mentions that are great, but less talked about:
Guilty crown
Irregular at magic highschool
Aldnoah zero
of all the anime you've talked about wanting to watch after aot (black clover, overlord etc.) re:zero seems like the best fit for you
Re zero is by far my favorite piece of media ever, so much so that i went ahead and read the novels, i would drop whatever i was doing immediately if you were reacting to it
Symphogear has amazing ops and eds all of them are on my playlist as well as all of the characters songs
So I remember back when the early release of the anime rezero. STYX HELIX is the best rezero ending song in my opinion. This song always gives me so many emotions, and I can't even really describe why. I love it so much.
IF this man every sees "That episode" in season 1 and hears the music associated with it, may god rest his soul
I made everything turn out all right, didn’t I?!!!
I think you'll love Re:Zero. I'll be your first Isekai (Isekai is a genre of anime). There's so much to talk about and theorize after every episode
The vocalist for the opening used to be the vocalist for MYTH & ROID by the way. So the similar vibes you got with ending 1 as well make sense.
ending 2 is sang by the cast member of re zero...the white haired girl...once u watch the show u will recognize
There are actually 2 insert songs in the anime from Myth and Roid, but it will be better to first time listen to them while watching the show itself
The first ending is came from Myth and Roid (Styx Helix)
The second one is came from one of the VA of ReZero (Rei Takahashi) (Stay Alive)
The third one is nonoc (Memento)
And lastly, nonoc again (Believe in you)
They are all good songs, try to listen on full songs and also try to listen on the character songs of Rem, Ram and Emilia. Its soothing, I promise.
Re: Zero is definitely your cup of tea and my favourite Anime!
A Tier Anime 🤯
Ending 2 and 3 are my two favorites, with ending 3 slightly edging out over ending 2. Hearing it just reminds you of what the MC went through up till that point, and it playing with the MC's speech to a certain character not to be confused with a lasagna-loving cat. It is so good. Absolutely my favorite ending of any anime, and the 2nd one is in my top 3. I have both in my spotify for sure
Man believe in me, re:zero reaction would be priceless to see! The show has amazing cliffhangers and amazing plotwists, a great anime after attack on titan.
you should definitly watch it it's right up your alley, Re:ZERO is an actual masterpiece in every aspect
In conclusion ,Myth & Roid song = standard of Awesome Anime😂
And if you notice that ,most of their song is from the anime about the adventure of other fantacy magic universe
Myth & roid song vibes is just fit in that kind of story perfectly ,you can feel the magic form the vocal voice
Calling Of The Night's opening and ending is amazing also. (You should check it out)
There's bad
There's good
There's bad in good
There's good in bad
Then there's re zero, all combined to form a masterpiece
Been a day one fan of the show and from day one it never let me down.
Re:zero would be a great anime to react to after AOT. Would definitely watch.
There is 0 filler in re:zero, it is a dark show but totally youtube safe. I highly recommend it as the next reaction series.
11:55 No, re:zero doesn't have any filler from what I remember
No filler in Re:Zero, only death and suffering, and you will love it
There’s three other songs, all of which come from the OVAs:
Memories, White White Snow, and Yuki no Hate ni Kimi no na wo (based on google translate that’s “Your Name at End of the Snow”), all by Nonoc. The third of those is my favorite song from the series.
As well as another FOUR songs within the show, all sung by the voice actresses:
- “Dream of a Boy” and “Door” by Rie Takahashi
- “Wishing” by Inori Minase
- “What You Don’t Know” by Rie Murakawa
I love memories it’s so melancholic
Re:Zero is 100% safe for youtube reaction. The most that can happen is some blood and gore but I belive after AoT that kind of stuff is fine :)
The 4th opening to Re:ZERO is basically a MYTH & ROID song but under her name instead, because the song was made by mostly the same people, from what I've heard
EDIT 9 months later, on October 12th 2023: Whoops, Long Shot (opening 4 song) was _not_ made by mostly the same people as other MYTH & ROID songs. It's just the same singer as early MYTH & ROID songs, but the producer is completely different.
Aww i'm glad you like the Re:Zero ED!! My favorite personally is the first ED Styx Helix, it giving me a goosebumps the moment you realize the meaning behind the lyrics and the connection to the storyline 😢
Also Re:Zero is simply a masterpiece, but i think it's not something for everyone.
Re:Zero is a great anime, it's been a while since I watched it but it's still among my favorites
You have listened to things from Mayu Maeshima before- she used to be the lead singer for Myth and Roid. She also did ED #4 for Overlord (and technically EDs 1 and 2, and maybe OP3 as well, since she was with Myth and Roid at the time).
Re:zero will not fail you.
even the music that they put in to some episodes are also good for example " wishing "
Some examples are:
1. Theater D
2. Tragedy:Eternity
3. Straight Bet
Which are all done by Myth and Roid/ Maeshima Mayu
Maeshima Mayu (singer of opening 2 and 4 and ending 1) was previously the lead singer of Myth and Roid but she came out of the band to work solo and the 4th opening is her solo work
I'd say this is a must watch and definitely a reaction worthy series.
13:50 "This singer sounds really familiar" the ending before it was also sung by her
Re Zero would honestly be a great Attack on Titan "replacement", it's sad to see it wasn't AS reacted to on release.
For me season 2 ending 1 is perfect in captivating the climate in re zero season 2
Re:Zero is my favorite anime, and I cannot recommend it to you enough
Yes! Love seeing more Re:Zero content! I'm sure you would enjoy reacting to it too. Hope you pick it up after you finish AoT, this show is quite a ride!
I won't stop recommending Golden Kamuy openings. Please react to those too!
Memento is the favorite of the endings for me its sinister yet beautiful
If you want to continue with the darker themed reactions after AoT you must follow with Re:Zero. Demon Slayer is also on the darker side of anime. Overlord while having some dark themes is mostly tame and chill
The experience that you have with the openings and endings changes as you progress through any good anime.
The anime openings and endings that i like and never skipped that you haven't seen yet is :
- Kekkai Sensen
- Corpse Party
- AnoHana
- WataMote
- NouCome
- Shigatsu no Lion
- Ushio to Tora
- The Law of Ueki
- Aku no Hana
- One Punch Man
- Hachi nan tte sore wa nai desho
- Yofukashi no Uta
Re:Zero has some ost by myth and roid as well. Legitimately songs that could be openings or endings just as songs used in the show itself once or twice
Maybe you should watch these songs with the subtitles cuz the lyrics are super good and befitting the story.
