Nah just this is specifically targeted at the eastern audience. Wild Rift has basically given up on North American audiences when it comes to anything in marketing or making money.
That's why it also has that other banner with the Lee Sin and Wukong skins. 'Special editions' of two the most popular skins in Eastern server's.
