After that she said to him; if you care about me, go and find Riley and tell her you love her. "Love her?" he said. But he also said he cares about Maya very much and that he could never hurt her. Maybe that's why Rucas happened. Also, when it comes to Lucaya, Lucas is the one making a move. But when it comes to Rucas, Maya pushes them... It seems like Maya is stepping back again. I dont need her to be with Lucas, i want her to be happy. But its obvious she is hiding her feelings all over again.
I don't think she is hiding her feeling I really do believe she wanted to protect her bestfriend but I do think Lucas had real feelings for mya I mean come on he tried to kiss her he just seemed more interested in mya than Riley, don't really think mya cares for Lucas thoe but Lucas definitely something is their

Just some interesting things I've taken note of recently. Please no arguing! This is just things I know of & I how I interpreted them. The writers tweeted something very interesting when giving their hint for ski lodge part 2. "In which we don't always make the right decisions." I've been trying to figure this out for a while. Are they talking about decisions made in the episode or past decisions? This is a reason why I'm not sure about the shippings and if they will last. ski lodge part 1: in both fantasies with Lucas, the world ends. Is this foreshadowing that no matter who Lucas ends up with, their relationship is doomed? I'm assuming the death at the end of each fantasy was symbolism because otherwise it would not have happened at all. CONTINUED IN REPLIES
Maya says something very interesting in her fantasy with Lucas. "We're the power couple of the world and there's nothing that could tear us apart." Coincidentally this is when Riley appears. In Girl Meets STEM, there's a similar quote, when Lucas and maya are holding up the beaker with sludge in between them. "I can't see you" "Yeah there's all this stuff in the way." From these quotes we can kind of assume the things in their way are Riley and Josh?
