I always hike with offline maps downloaded upfront. The trails for this route are marked on openstreetmaps so any app using it will show it. I personally prefer Mapy.cz app. The trail is very well marked in the forest section and easy to follow. Once up higher between the rocks it's harder to find in some places but you can follow the red painted dots.
