You can actually grind +8 guns per gun use the mystery box or something in some locations for randoms guns and kill zombies in zombie area with purple crystal logo in map
You just have to bare with them. Cause sometimes they need as much help as they can get. Don't settle for higher level players...the low levels need the help

I’ve grinded Undead Siege since it was released. Level 100, all stats unlocked. Yet my teammates are under Level 50.

Yes you can, specially if the gun you're grinding is also a ground loot. You can just pick it up, do the grind, then switch to the next gun.

tip just kill necros and have only 4 same turrets then thats it ur done and saved until round 5
