I've seen almost every video on the Ring alarm system and yours was the most informative. To be exact, it was the base station information that I was trying to find that no-one else went into detail with.
showing the images of the mountings of the windows/doors sensors was what I was after, I don't know why it was so hard to confirm that the sensors could be mounted offset from magnet. you're the first video after about a dozen that I've watched. thanks for sharing this info.
Gonna do this exact install , also watched the removal of old alarm box and components your explanations were spot on, Thanks! Look forward to any updates on the system too .

Well done.
Thanks Robert!
Just wondering how the system is holding up ? Thanks
Excellent no worries. Very happy to report. The remote battery life is really amazing and easy to recharge. Only did it once. 👍
Can you not hardwire the keypad?
Not that I know of. Just to let you know I still have the same batteries in there. They last a really long time.
@@scottmaasmedia i was thinking "maybe" you can charge them with a battery pack, don't necessarily need electricity per say from a plug.
@@staleyexplores Interesting... I'm still good with the batteries so far. It's been a while and I never changed them out yet. 👍
