Iced Earth (I don't want to hear any bitching, I'm still loyal.) and Sabaton are awesome for the historical aspects of 40k, Power Wolf and Manowar are great for the guard, I don't know who'd I'd pick for the Mechanicus... maybe some technology or 8bit artists, sisters of battle would be NightWish, Halestorm, Archenemy, would be the Sisters of Battle, Blind Guardian would be the Aeldari race, Nile would be Necrons, I don't know about The Rak'Gol, The Tau, The Tyranids, The Squats (I'm not calling them Leagues of Votaan political correctness be damned) Orks would be Gwar and Lordi and several punk rock old school bands.

They should make a guard regiment made for underwater combat. The marines can get jetpacks added turbines for the water. Plus in reality, they just evaporated the planet/sea anytime the fish decided it was going to build underwater. Suffer not the alien. They'd also swap out lasguns and bolters for maybe harpoon guns or something and mainly use melee weapons.

kinda inaccurate. A kriegsman once killed a chaos dreadnaught by climbing it and stabbing his shovel into the view slot. Killing the dreadnaught.

Something about that claw is so scary to me, maybe because I know how strong hydraulics are, it is just unnerving for it be a part of a "physical body" and the simplicity it can ruin you with. Now add in the chaingun and flamethrower, the weight of the dreadnaught and how fast it really is, such a great weapon for the Imperium.
