I loved to sing and could play the piano by ear when I was young but my parents never encouraged me to pursue it and said people in the industry were evil so I believed it.. never crush your child’s dreams! If they enjoy something let them grow it into something beautiful
I'm 14 years old, I love singing but my parents don't support me and wants me to be a dancer instead. They still don't even care to atleast put me into a proper dance class so that I could atleast become useful a little bit. Later they taunt me, call me useless, they compare me to my cousin who's of the same age as me saying look how perfect is. When I tell them that he told me he goes to several classes like drawing, dancing, singing etc. I always cry because I think that I'm not good. Everyone hates me, I'm useless. I'm good for nothing. But they don't show even a little bit of pity to me and call me a crybaby. My classmates literally bullies me. I have no friend to whom I could trust and tell them my pain. This world is really toxic and bitter at my point of view.
