Right when I first saw it
Absolutely disappointed to learn that this incredible deep sky movie was only available for a week in over 500 IMAX locations, and now it's restricted to just 8 places like museums. I was looking forward to catching it over the weekend with friends, only to find out it's no longer showing. It's a shame there wasn't clearer communication about its limited availability. I'm sure many others like me missed out on this breathtaking experience.
Just watched today with my Dad. Such a terrifyingly beautiful experience. The James Webb telescope is incredible!
Such a beautiful clip, both the people and the stars. 😊
It's the most beautiful thing to ever exist
HOW YOU COULD DECIDE TO PLAY IT JUST FOR 1 WEEK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS MOVIE SHOULD BE AVAILABLE MUCH LONGER
செம்ம 🤩👌

I’ll be viewing on April 23!
❤ 🌃
*Gasp* It’s the real life Galaxy Cauldron!!!
Just shows how replaceable we are
The interview footage does not look like it was framed to play well on an IMAX screen.
🎉
Allahu Akbar ❤
i mean... i can assign colors to anything i interpret, and then i say i was blind to those colors before.. but those colors never really existed, only my interpretation of the environment and the assignment of colors to my interpretation, just like cosmic cliffs and jwst. none of this is visible to the naked eye. all of it is assumed by astronomers and there is a absolute latitude for creative presentation.
They didn’t talk about colors in the clip. And it’s not too far off to interpret infra red as a very warm color.
but that's the thing ... the colors always existed in nature, it's just that we could never capture and interpret those wavelengths with our naked eyes. The image with the original spectrum is shifted such that we are able to see these wavelengths. Higher wavelengths can be interpreted as warmer colors and shorter wavelengths as cooler colors, so it's not like it's an arbitrary mapping to the visible spectrum.
Even more importantly, yes there is latitude in creative presentation, but its only there because our naked eyes literally fall short in interpreting the universe. So, in a very real way, we were blind to this part of the world because we had no way to access the universe in these wavelengths ... until the JWST.
@@abhishuoza9992 why isn't it neon green and pink?
@@kefs because it looks better this way, and also because it helps us differenciate different elements of an image ruclips.net/video/WSG0MnmUsEY/видео.html
Your point being?
