I spent 6 and a half years there as one of the government workers. The prohibition against photography generally was for security purposes around the airport and runway. Getting to dive there is a difficult proposition. You might try going to kwajalein scuba club dot com and send a note to one of the officers of the club to see if they have anyone willing to sponsor you to the island. That is the only way you can go out there to dive.
I landed in Kwajalein on my way to Chuuk but they said you could not take pictures because it was a military base used for intelligence gathering. How did you get permission to film? I would love to dive there. Any advice?
nice work
