Oh yeah they are hellish sometimes Q__Q Doing the Synchronicity Songs right now 8'D I know, I don't like disputing either. I really want them this Ad Rev they make from our Covers, but if they can't even make it watchable, they won't make any money anyway. I thought long and hard about this, with the impending doom of YT Red lurikng over Europe as well, and came to the conclusion, that they don't even have the right to claim our covers. I mean Exit Tunes buys a license from the Producers to sell their songs on albums and to make Ad Rev from that sepcific Version on YT. But that's it. The only have the right to this one specific Version. So I could understand why they would claim a subbed video with the original Version. So if Yamashizuku themselves claimed my Video I wouldn't move a finger and let it be. Had that same problem with a Mothy Video. Mothy allows Covers, but Warner (the lable that has the license to only one speficic Version of one of his songs) claimed ALL covers of that song. I first had to dispute them to make it watchable. I would at least try it. But please do it on a second unimportant Channel first x'D You never know just how the react and as the second dispute can lead to a strike, it's always better to test the waters first :3 I will test it too with my own Bad End night Cover and see how they react to it ^^

Srysly some of us need to get in contact with the producers themselves to get an even more direct permission from them x'D But even as it stands, as you were given the same permission as Exit Tunes (just without the money making) they have no right to claim this video... They just have the permission to claim one specific Version of this Song anyway... the one they licensed. They in no way have any rights to any other version. And if you are uncertain about the consequenses of a dispute, just upload this video on a second channel, that has no use otherwise, and dispute the Video there to test their reaction. It's such a shame they are making it so difficult for us to share music and support producers our own way. I would have nothing against them making false claims on my covers and making money of of it, if they were just watchable.
