The succulent at 3:20 is Chalk Dudleya (Dudleya pulverulenta). San Diego County had 15 different Dudleya species. I have a few species in my yard. I try to plant them on rock walls just like this one.
I like the videos, but you forgot to change the perspective when in selfie mode on the camera. The words for all of the signs are reversed so we can't read them. Good luck on trail!
