Thanks for the kind words - the final book in the series comes out at the end of October (and it'll be on this channel soon after). Hope you enjoy the whole thing!
Thanks - the serial format was fun to write, but the audio editing, video creation, and uploads were taking way too much time that could've been spent, you know, writing more stories. So it's back to full book uploads :-)
While I can't control how many ads RUclips shows, I do ensure they'll only pop up during chapter breaks. Nevertheless, those ads help fund my writing and keep this channel going. You are free, of course, to purchase the audiobook (or join the channel as a member) and listen to them ad free too. Regardless, thank you for stopping by!
The AI often leans that way - it's difficult, though getting easier, to get appropriate emotional dialogue with these systems, which is why I get them narrated by professionals as well. Some folks prefer the straight monotone read, though!
And that's a fair opinion! All of these are getting professionally narrated (the first three books in the Seven Isles series are already out). The AI stuff is for fun and lets me see which books would do well in audio (all the ad revenue on this channel just goes to paying for narrated editions).
Oh sure - the first 3 books in this series are narrated and available everywhere (audible, spotify, google, apple, kobo, etc.). The whole series will probably be done by early next year if you prefer waiting for the complete collection.
That's fair - but I use these versions to pay for the professional narrators, so it's not without a purpose. You can actually find the first few Seven Isles books narrated on Audible, Spotify, and elsewhere, and they'll eventually get to this channel. Essentially, these versions provide an audio edition that would not exist while also generating income that goes directly to the narrators making the professional versions. It's a compromise that benefits, I hope, everyone.
This is a fantastic exciting and very imaginative series, with a great complex plot and vivid likable characters.

I'm up to chapter 8.
Great story so far 👏
Thanks for this 👍
You're welcome! Thanks for listening!

Very few audiobooks have so many ads. Every 5 minutes, sheesh. I give up.

Very monotone!

Yeesh, I get the cost of paying a narrator, but AI anything just takes away from the work.

@ if you have the memory when it happens, do let me know when this gets narrated? I’m very interested and would like to support.

Rubbish AI narration garbage

It's good enough to tell its a great story worth buying. Besides it's free.
