Alki is a historic neighborhood in West Seattle. It is known to be the birthplace of Seattle when a group of American pioneers known as the Denny Party, landed at Alki Point in 1851. Alki is also known for its sandy beach and offers panoramic views of Puget Sound, Olympic Mountains and Seattle's skyline.

I live in Seattle. Right now we have a week of rain, and we have one week and one month before our Summer Weather gets here. I cannot wait for it to be warm and dry enough to go to ALKI.

Love all your videos. Have added this to the list of places to visit in Seattle. Easiest way to get here without a car ? Water Taxi?
Hi, I just added it on my Seattle playlist. Water taxi is the easiest and fastest way to go to Alki Beach. It will take you less than 10 mins to get there. I'd recommend getting an ORCA card for fares.

Yeah definitely going to get the Orca card will be staying near a Link Light Rail station so will use it a lot for that too. Watching your Pike Place Market and Gum Wall video.
