    Would you ever be interested in participating in an online interview with myself regarding the associated positive and negative factors with installation EWI onto single bricked dwellings? It would be included within my dissertation (I will graduate as a building surveyor in January with UCEM)

    Welcome back, I presume (as a roofer) that the third property is suffering from an extreme lack of ventilation?

      Yes completely, timber rot due to a condensation build up over the years .

      @@westonesurveyors8139 I wonder what state the roofs are in that I did 1978-1996 before we changed from bitumen felt to light weight?

      @@ianhoare289 we see plenty of well ventilated 50+ year old roofs that are in good condition, but ventilation is the absolute key.
