I have a 3rd h Sun too, conjunct Merc NN. (Virgo 3dgr Asc/Leo vedic) And Neptune-Jupiter in tight conjunction. Sometimes I wonder if Neptune-Jupiter conj, also in 3rd h Scorpio/Libra vedic, is a "meditation sign", cause when I have met some others with that conj. they too have a rather easy way of slipping, into deeper states, "seeing",or having OBE´s (without drugs!), can there be more feeling thats so? But the first half of my life, the decisionmaking in me, was sort of not awakened yet, now, it is much more aware. (Sun in fall in Libra?) Coaching has been one way to take, but I dont like forcing or taking the command/power Over others, Not liked when people think they should boss over others either. Inspiring is more respecting to each others. Never thought I would be any "leader", more that I too am One, to take the lead of my own life, and showing the way, sometimes. Inspiring. Yes I approve myself, have never needed others to Inspire myself.I do like cooperativeness. Thank you, I subsribed :) Good to have some new influences into oneself and others. Feels like, grounded thoughts on Sun 3rd housers, and as it is, can be for us with 3rd h Sun. (mine in Libra (or Virgo Chitra vedic)
I have a sun leading Saturn conjunction in Leo in my 3rd house with Leo on the cusp of my 3rd.- So, 3rd house ruler in the 3rd. Saturn Rules my 8th, 9th and 10th houses. All of my life I have struggled with discipline but I am very ambitious- though my ambition didn’t come to life until my later adult years. I was pretty aimless until a personal trauma triggered me into action. Now my life is all about me executing my vision. That’s my only will. I need to see my ideas take shape in a very tangible way and I need to have impact through my work. Since this activation occurred, I’ve been doing just that.
your description of the 3rd house is unlike many others i have heard. usually people just mention siblings, communication and short distance travel. cool! my Mercury and Venus in Leo in the 3rd make a bit more sense now.
Sun in Leo and Mercury in Leo BOTH in the third house. 😅 I am currently involved with some national projects related to mental health and am looking into getting more involved with public policy. 😆 Makes sense!
I have my sun in Aries in the 3rd house together with Venus, then Mars and Mercury in the 2nd house in Pisces. Also, I am an Aquarius rising, and my first lord is sitting in the 12th house. Saturn is sitting in my 12th house in Capricorn. I can definitely say that I am really unorthodox and non-conformist. I don't beat around the bush; what they see is what they get. I am straight to the point, and some people hate me for it. Lol (this pertains to my Vedic Chart)
You r on fire with this 1 Vic. 1 of the best astrology presentations I've come across. Hope this becomes a series for all placements. Love the emphasis on the houses and I think now I understand why you choose the whole house system. Would you say that houses r as powerful as planets? This has been very enlightening to me. Thx much🙂🌻
I would prescribe the person with Saturn in Cancer first house, a large dose of self love and self acceptance. Also serving elderly women specially those who were left by their children in old age home. I can relate to this chart even though I don't have exactly same placement.
I have listened to this one and the Moon in the 3rd house. I wish you would do one to show the effects of both those been in the 3rd I am trying to tie them together myself.
Sun in Pisces 3rd - the water's going to get through.. especially the biggest deepest water - especially the righteous and rightful. Long after the fires burn off, the air has fled, and as the Earth stood still 🌊💧🌧
Hi Vic, one thing that I find quite hard to differentiate is the difference between the planet x being present in a house versus the planet x being the lord of a house. For example, how similar or identical is the Sun in the 3rd house in comparison to the Sun being the lord of the 3rd house in terms of effects, qualities and interpretation?
they are completely different. when sun is 3rd lord it means gemini rises. so it means gemini traits are prominent. now, whatever affects the sun affects the 3rd house as well.
@@VicDiCaraAstrologySo, basically there is no disadvantagous rising sign because with certain rising signs such as Aquarius, Taurus, Cancer, Libra, and Sagittarius you have the Benefic planets like the Moon, Venus and Jupiter ruling and controling the topics of the 6th house which are primarily enemies and problems. By that logic, any planet is appropriate to rule any house regardless of the nature of the house (tough 6th and soft 2nd) and the planet (Benefic Venus and Malefic Mars). In conclusion, A malefic planet like the Sun, Mars or Saturn will be appropriate or suitable as the Lord of any house, especially soft houses like the 2nd, 4th or 5th and vice versa with Benefics being the lord of the tough houses like the 3rd and 6th. And they only produce bad results when they are present in an unsuitable house. For example, Mars in Leo in the 4th house is bad but Mars in Leo as the Lord of the 4th house is alright. Is my understanding of the matter correct?
Vic I’m confused 🥺 I just watched your moon in the 3rd video and It said that I’m probably pathetic and now in this one it’s says I’m probably brave 😅. Can I be both ? I have my moon in Uttara Phalaguni and my sun is in Hasta nakshatra. Also quick question are stelliums a thing in vedic astrology ? I’m asking cause I have my Mercury, Venus, Jupiter and rahu in the 4th house . I hope that you have a blessed day today ❤
@@VicDiCaraAstrology 😦where can I find a good reliable astrologer ? When I was a teenager I had a western astrologer tell me that she couldn’t understand my chart and that confused me , so I guess she wasn’t a good astrologer. I’m not judging though at least she tried.
is this video still relevant to me ?,, this is my navamsa placing conjunct mars and in Leo... seems like a fiery placement for me in the navamsa, but in my lagna I have sun in the 7th house in sag... kinda a strange balance. just curious if you put a strong importance with the navamsa because I don't see you talk about it a lot or maybe not give it as much importance as other Vedic astrologers... great vids though :) I love checking in with this channel

I have Ketu, Sun and Mars in the third house. Usually a feel like nuclear power plant😀
Saturn in the first just makes everything delayed and work hard for it more than the others. I feel the pain
3 planets in Capricorn retrograde 👍
I have Sun, Mercury, Pluto, Venus and finally Ketu which throws a wrench into the whole thing.

Vic, please excuse my curiosity, but have you published your own birth chart? Some astrologers do, many do not.
often.
How do you feel about sun in 3rd house in pisces? How does it influence this placement? Does it make it stronger or weaker?
That is bhavat bhavam for Capricorn rising- in a friendly sign as a malefic in a upachaya house. So it should be a good sign in general.
