@@Imagination_lives yeah I was really surprised how large the store was once I went inside. they had some cool $2 bins of cds I didn’t get to check out too .
Today is a big voting day - Nov 5th in America. I wanted to share a short fun episode of record shopping as we wait for the election results ❤ here’s my Vegas trip from a few weeks ago
Hi Monie ! I voted 🗳. Love the new Cure album & the 3 hour concert on their YT channel is really good. First part is new album. Second part is deep cuts & third part is hits. Pretty good for a bunch of guys in their 60's ! Hope you enjoyed Las Vegas 🎰.
@@davidellis5141 happy voting day lol, it feels good to be done ✅. I ordered my cure album after I couldn’t find one at a record store. I’ll check out their live event after I hear the vinyl!! I’m so happy you like the new album that means it’s gonna be good!!!
This is amazing trip to collect cds and vinyls I love videos like this I be going to buy vinyl records soon at the flea market is the fall season oh shout out to your husband on the Last video he got the album I got on vinyl by Curtis mayfield back to the world album that is my favorite album I got the album twice first from my mom and dad when I was a young kid they let me have it when I was 11 years old and I got the vinyl again by my nephew last year he got it for me at the flea market. Hey Monie, that's a great Vegas haul - I'm sure the Father John and Flaming Lips vinyl will get to you when they're ready to... I've just got Hooray for the Riff Raff's latest album .. loving the country vibe of that - so I'm stoked too ! 😃
Modern jukebox!! I haven't ever seen something like that!! Wow there was some cheap CDs. Those is good Sigur Rós album. I am going to see them soon live with syphony orchestra. I am hoping that they will play those old hits. mr. Finglish (Bäd English Recs)
Fun! I almost always have to be alone to comfortably browse record stores or thrift stores. Took my daughter to check out some used CDs at a local record store and once she was done looking for Taylor Swift, Sabrina Carpenter and Benson Boone her irritation with me was palpable.
@@CDRabbitHole lol yeah maybe when your daughter gets older she’ll grow interested in other artist . My little boy enjoyed watching RUclips on my phone😁When I go w my husband we usually brows separately and then meet up at the end .
Looks like a great road trip. Zia is a great store. I was there about a year ago. Sigur Ros is fantastic. Cigarettes After Sex is so good. And you can’t go wrong with Elvis. Cheers
It's interesting what you say about early 2000's on.At that time I listened to mostly Classical guitar including the Naxos label releases.I also purchased homegrown indie current releases. And then of course my brother had written a great body of songs that I would frequently go back to.Maybe you'll get that Father John Misty sometime.❤

Zia's looks like a great place with lots of space (a rare thing among record stores; they're usually small and cramped for economic reasons).
