  • There’s this really cool home supply store in my town that I recently knew about. The store doesn’t have any form of refrigerant based cooling, but instead it relies on a lot of fans.
I had to cut some of the audio to prevent a copyright strike, but other than that, you can still hear the sound each fan makes & gauge the airflow based on the rumbling sound. This also marks my first time seeing Sekai’s extra strong 24” exhaust fan with the backwards D blades in person. They spin a lot slower than I thought, and are a lot queter than a standard type 24” exhaust fan with the backwards P blades( • CKE 24 standard type )
Another fan that surprised me was the Cosmos 18” industrial fan. Cosmos isn’t a brand I associate as high quality nor high performing, but their 18” high velocity fan has a pretty beefy motor with ball bearings, and a blade with decent pitch that pushes a ton of air. The Sekai 18” & 24” industrial wall fan with the 3 twig/airplane prop blades perform & sound as expected.
