Cycling aese hi hoti hai, hamary haan tracks normal jagah pe bhi nahi hoty Sahi se. Mountains pe to aor bhi limited space hoti hai. You mostly carry your cycle and once you reach to certain surface, phir chalaty ho cycle.
Please follow some good mountain biking channels. Aor ye fake fake Wala post na karo petty logon ki Tarah.

Noorena is a great human being too. She is always after the needy ones and tries to help them out as much as possible without caring her ego and thats what I love about her. Long live both of you girls. The real heroes and role models.
This is the most valuable episode. Because mostly tv show or other shows don't invite such national hero like them.

I skipped its promos intentionally of considering it the borest one , ladies were not sounds familiar to me. O my gosh but when I started this episode its so much fun and enjoyed it thoroughly.Every moment is best pick , and mine one is "Tum jo bhi ho tournament khail lo..." Tabish and Azfar, this episode is the best damage control you could have done after Inviting Hareem Shah. No disrespect to Hareem but these two girls from this episode really brought your show to the next level and I really enjoyed. Not only enjoyed but also felt proud. You can maintain your humour with achievers and this episode proved it. Your show has got some attention and youngsters watch TBH in huge numbers. The best takeaway from this episode is inspiration and sense of bravery for our girls who are well capable of contributing in countries development and relaying soft image globally. Hats off and keep the good work up.

I have been inspired by noreena since years now. I almost forgot about her as sadly squash players don't get enough attention from media. Now I can see why I was suchhh a big fan of her few years ago when first heard about her. Such respect and praise, they deserve at every single platform

Personally, I a hardcore believer of women empowerment and admire girls taking part in sports but this lady Samar Khan is a big scam . She calmed that she's cycled the K2 Basecamp, when she was exposed by the porters who carried her bicycle on their back to the Basecamp she started abusing the whole Balti community.
It really sadden me to see Samar Khan in my favorite show. "She even said F*CK your mountains"

The show was so so so wow. The energy was well maintain from beginning to end. Tabish himself seemed very comfortable, energetic, and joyful from the very first moment. It felt that he was eager to start the show ASAP.
And I literally fell in love with Samar. Her thoughts, the way she speaks, the vocabulary she selects show the strong lady inside her.
