Your voice box is made up of many complex and intricate muscles, much like the rest of your body. Just like many people stretch before they hit the gym or go on their early morning jog, singers should also stretch their voice box muscles by performing vocal warm ups. The vocal warm ups are aimed at taking your voice from its speaking register to its singing register. This helps prevent the potential for damage when singing, and opens up your voice for the best performance possible

This is great! It's actually simple (unlike other "beginner" warm ups), and it's played in the male vocal range. Also, the placement of the titles matches where each exercise is in the scrollbar! That's genius and very helpful.
I really appreciate the fact that u put explanations as to how to do the exercise. I've been searching for videos like that for long time but no one makes them like that. Subscribedddd
