This is a location high on my list of places to go. I am too late for this year to get a place but I am going to do it next year for sure. Plan to mix it in with some Free Camping. My Dad used to winter in Parker and I really want to go visit there.

Thanks for sharing this. We went to take a tour but they wouldn’t let us in without paying. So straight to RUclips I went and found your video.

I have a carrier you can have for Wynston for your bike. I bought it for our cat, but he is 7# and long. He did not fit. Let me know if you want it. Sandi and Sandi. We are still in Quartzsite LTVA South.

Hi Amanda , Lake Havasu looks like a nice spot for a couple of days. A little too crowded for a long stay.

I tried the blms at lake havasu there was barley any room at the free areas all the way in the back and i did not want to pay another fee to camp at boat launches or state parks if i aready paid 180 to be in a crowded ltva it wasnt for me i prefer planet fitness parking lots and truck stops or gas stations though the desert was pretty fun while i could put up with it 🤙🏻 tho the public bathrooms in florida are waay worse then the one you showed theres not even toilet seats lol

Yeah I don't like the BLM land in Havasu, so we only stayed to visit the campground.

Hey Amada I went to the RTR 2022 and after 2 weeks at quartsize went to Lake Havasu but I wasnt allowed to camp there, I was given the excuse that I didnt have a ceiling fan and ended up going back 8 miles back and staying in blm near parker. I wonder if anything changed,

That's weird. I camped here in 2020 as well, and there hasn't been an issue.

this region most inhospitable for humans, if one is to camp here for 6 months out the year you have to begin every day with 15lbs of ice in cooler to survive, thats just for starters, the lake is 80 to 100 degrees and provides no relief!

Omg. 😭😭 That is absolutely horrible news. I am so, so sorry. Was your dog elderly or ill? I just want clarity on if your husband taking your dog in was planned. I don't want anyone getting the wrong impression about hubs. My heart breaks for you. 😔😔

So very sad, but your fur baby is no longer in pain. Rescue another in their memory.
