night changes - one direction (cover)

with the news last week of liam’s passing i’ve gone down memory lane relistening to old 1D songs and reminiscing on how much they shaped my childhood.
the part he played in the band becoming so many people’s safe spaces / core memories is something so special and a legacy to be remembered for.
i think the industry really gave him a hard time and some of his actions later down the line were terrible and not okay - all that’s been on my mind is i wish he could’ve had the chance to get help and better himself. 31 is far too young.
my heart goes out to his family, friends, his son.
i hope he rests in peace 🤍
