There's PLENTY you can do. The actual law is, you don't have to prove you got it or didn't get it, THEY have to prove they DID send it. If they can't prove it, you can dispute it with the credit card company. You can ALWAYS get your money back if you do that.

Should just call the bank and tell them to refund you that you got scammed. Give it a few days and you'll get a call from this clothing store and then they'll reconsider working to help you. tell them you'll send your stuff back and just send the rock back

It sounds like there is a huge flaw in their system where employees or whoever is packaging your items can just take whatever they want for themselves, and put on the invoice that everything is there, cause they know there is nothing you can do about it.

assuming you ordered some jeans, they use rocks like that to soften the clothes before they sell them, since denim is very tough before its softened. and some times there are still rocks stuck in the pockets or something.
