How do you write a linkedin profile when you have two backgrounds and want to capture both on linkedin profile to attract opportunities especially with tagline/headline, summary, banner. Example: Workplace Experience Coordinator and Public Benefits Assistance.
When it comes to your profile and searching for a role, having a targeted focus is most beneficial. If you begin targeting for more than two types of jobs at once, it becomes very difficult for employers to understand who you are and what you are looking for. In this instance, I would recommend having content for two types of profiles. One for Workplace EC, and the other for Public Benefits Assistance. Then change them depending on your current search. Choose the role you are most interested in, and begin with that profile. For example, start with Workplace EC, then depending on how much traction you are getting or lack thereof, switch to the Public Benefits Assistance role. Try each one for at least 4 to 6 weeks.
@@careercalibration This is gold - appreciate you brother! As follow up to your response, you mean I can create separate profiles with no issues from linkedin right?
@@nanapoku5259 My pleasure! No, you don’t want to create separate profiles-LinkedIn will flag that as fraudulent activity. What I mean is that you should update the content on your existing profile to align with your target role.
@@careercalibration Got it. Thanks again🙏
