Great info to use! I’ll try it next time I’m riding. Pending there is whoops there.
One thing I was never able to do is a seat hop. Put that in your next video. Cuz I to this day can’t do it, just like 25 years ago when I couldn’t do the seat hop.

Yes you can...its not as hard as you think your not like bouncing off the seat as much as just setting down and blipping the throttle and letting it push your butt in on the seat and pull back. BUT you need to learn good solid brake taps because seat bounces always send you waaaaay nose high unless you dont commit then your gonna have the hardest nose pick of your life because your weight will fling forward ..but just stand up as soon as you leave the jump and as you go along you will feel more comfortable actually bouncing with your butt on the seat .its very hard to explain but just find a good floater jump you can hit every lap and just practice but if anyone rides can back me up you gotta learn the brake tap first good luck ..👊💪
That’s what I’ve been told, but I’ve never been able to make it work. Now days I’m not as limber as I was in the 80’s and 90’s. I mostly ride for fun these days but I’ve always wanted to perfect it with plenty of loops and nose in the dirt. I do use the brake in the apex of flight to bring the nose down or throttle to bring the back down.

@@andyweingarten1758 yeah because I have the same bike and i could never start in first you would hafto shift before you passed the gate lol ..I assumed but the way he said it could confuse someone who legit don't know how to do starts
Starts in 2nd, like most riders, which he mentions. Starting in 1st would surely lead to lots of wheel spin, little to no momentum, or a loopout, none of which places you at the holeshot line first ;-)
