where did you order the new part from cause i’ve changed it and it’s unstable riding

I ordered from Scooterwest. I had to do the job twice myself because the ride was unstable. Theres a part referred to as the parallelogram, I had taken mine apart and guessed how to reassemble it. I was wrong the first time.
