Music Why?
The pocket that you used for a changing pad is the pocket I use for my phone. I use the inside mesh zippered pocket for my wallet rather than the front pocket (easy access for me, but more difficult for a pickpocket). The front pocket that you use as your “mom pocket” is large enough to use for the larger changing pad since it extends the length of the entire bag. I hope that those suggestions help. 🙂

Why do you say it's not an all day bag? Is it just too small to carry everything that you need for an entire day out?

Good review! But it looks like it is a fake Kavu bag, as the buckles does not have the kavu branding. I'm sure the real bags are better quality.
